The fantastic complex is located 1 km from the historic center of Side, separated from the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Taxi and public minibus connections are available near the hotel.

This popular holiday hotel in a prime beach location, which is expected to have all room types, the main restaurant, and the patisserie renovated in winter 2025/2026, features a total of 266 rooms across five floors (three elevators available). It offers guests a tastefully designed lobby area with a reception, lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel (up to 6 MB), LCD satellite TV corner, internet café, shops, hairdresser (each for a fee), a buffet restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (with a stay of at least 7 nights, three of the à-la-carte restaurants are included once, the second visit is for a fee), and bars. In the well-maintained garden, there is a beautiful freshwater swimming pool facing the sea with a separate children's pool and sun terrace during the summer, as well as a pool bar (April 1–Oct. 31, weather permitting). Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge there and on the beach. There is a beach/snack bar on the beach (April 1–Oct. 31, weather permitting).
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool is open during the winter season and is heated depending on weather conditions.
- No ice cream hour.
- Only one à-la-carte restaurant is available (once per stay of 7 nights or more, subject to availability and with reservation).
- Minibar is stocked only with still water and soft drinks.
- Parasols are not available.
- Bocce and aerobics are not offered in winter.
- Heated outdoor pool (November–March).

Accommodation

Double room

The chic rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea, direct-dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and a balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM).

Junior suite

Consisting of two rooms with a connecting door, these rooms offer similar facilities to the double rooms and feature a sea view (J2M). DR=SR for single use (J1M)

Suite

The suites have the same equipment features as the junior suites. These rooms face the garden (S2). Sea side can be booked for an extra charge (S1). DR=SR for single use (S2M/S1M).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, and afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as an ice cream hour twice daily in the summer at the pool bar. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In the summer, the beach bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In the summer, the minibar is stocked with beer and soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily if necessary. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Additional imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, cocktails, bottled and canned drinks.

Table tennis, darts, bocce, aerobics, and fitness room.
