The great complex is located 1 km from the historic center of Side, separated from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Taxi and public minibus connections are available near the hotel.

This popular holiday hotel in a prime beachfront location, which is expected to renovate all room types, the main restaurant, and the patisserie in winter 2025/2026, has a total of 266 rooms on five floors (three elevators available) and offers its guests a tastefully designed reception area with a reception, lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (up to 6 MB), LCD satellite TV corner, internet café, shops, hairdresser (each for a fee), buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (for stays of at least 7 nights, three of the à la carte restaurants are included once, the second visit is subject to a charge) and bars. In the well-kept gardens, the beautiful freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, which leads to the sea, is located in summer, as well as a pool bar (April 1 - October 31, weather permitting). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the sun terrace and on the beach, as are beach towels. There is a beach/snackbar on the beach (April 1 - October 31, weather permitting).
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool is open during the winter season and is heated depending on the weather.
- No ice cream hour.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available (included once for stays of 7 nights or more, subject to availability and reservation).
- Minibar is stocked only with still water and soft drinks.
- Umbrellas are not available.
- Bocce and aerobics are not offered in winter.
- Heated outdoor pool (November-March).

Double room

The chic rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea, direct dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable) and balcony (D). Double room = single use (DE). Sea view bookable at an additional cost (DM).

Junior Suite

These rooms consist of two rooms with a connecting door, offer similar amenities to the double rooms, and have a sea view (J2M). Double room = single use (J1M)

Suite

The suites have an otherwise identical room layout to the Junior Suites. These rooms face the garden (S2). Sea view is bookable at an additional cost (S1). Double room = single use (S2M/S1M).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, late riser breakfast, and afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as ice cream served twice daily at the pool bar during summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and some selected imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. The minibar is stocked with beer and soft drinks upon arrival in summer and refilled daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
