The superb complex is located 1 km from the historic town center of Side, separated from the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Taxi and public minibus connections are available near the hotel.

Facilities

This popular holiday hotel in a prime beachfront location, which is expected to renovate all room types, the main restaurant and the patisserie in Winter 2025/2026, has a total of 266 rooms on five floors (three lifts available) and offers its guests a tastefully designed reception area with a reception, lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel (up to 6 MB), LCD satellite TV corner, internet café, shops, hairdresser (each for a fee) and a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, each à la carte once) free) and bars. In the well-maintained garden complex, there is a freshwater swimming pool beautifully laid out towards the sea in summer with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, as well as a pool bar (April 1st - October 31st, weather permitting). Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as beach towels are available free of charge there and on the beach. There is a beach/snackbar on the beach (April 1st - October 31st, weather permitting).
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool is open in the winter season and heated depending on the weather.
- An outdoor pool is heated in winter.
- No ice cream hour.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available (included once per stay subject to availability and with reservation).
- Minibar is stocked with still water and soft drinks only.
- Umbrellas are not available.
- Boccia and aerobics are not offered in winter.

Double room

The chic rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea, direct dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable) and balcony (D). Junior Suite

The rooms, consisting of two rooms with a connecting door, offer similar amenities to the double rooms and have a sea view (J2M). Double room for single use (J1M)

The suites have otherwise the same amenities as the Junior Suite. These rooms face the garden (S2). Sea view is bookable at an additional cost (S1). Double room for single use (S2M/S1M).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

You will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast and in the afternoon coffee/tea and cake as well as ice cream hour twice a day at the pool bar in summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 am to 6 pm. The minibar is stocked with beer and soft drinks upon arrival in summer and refilled daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
