The hotel is located, separated only by the beach promenade, on the gently sloping, spacious beach, about 2 km from the center of Side, where a variety of shopping and entertainment options can be found. Public transport is available on the main road.

The family-friendly resort offers a total of 120 rooms, spread across a 5-story main building and several 2-story outbuildings. Hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with a seating area and reception, as well as a lobby bar, elevators, main restaurant with sea view. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby area and for a fee in the rooms, TV room, hairdresser, shops, and a small wellness area for a fee. In front of the main building, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace in the summer. Family Suite

The apartments are located in the outbuildings and offer similar amenities to the double rooms with laminate or tiled flooring, plus an additional bedroom and a combined living/bedroom with a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator. A washing machine can be used free of charge, two balconies (2FS).
