The hotel is separated from the beach promenade by only a short distance and is situated on the gently sloping, extensive beach, about 2 km from the center of Side, offering a variety of shopping and entertainment options. Public transportation is available on the main road.

The family-friendly resort offers a total of 120 rooms spread across a 5-story main building and several 2-story annexes. Hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with seating areas and a lobby bar, elevators, a main restaurant with sea views, Wi-Fi is free in the lobby area and charged in rooms, a TV lounge, hairdresser, shops, and a small wellness area (for a fee). In summer, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace in front of the main building. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Beach towels are available for a fee.

The attractively furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe (rental), air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, electric kettle, coffee setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family suite

The apartments are located in the annex buildings and offer, with similar amenities to the double rooms, laminate or tiled flooring, plus an additional bedroom and a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator. A washing machine can be used free of charge. Two balconies (2FS).
