Location

The holiday accommodation is separated from the sand/gravel beach (rocky in places) only by the beach promenade and is located directly opposite the ancient excavation sites of Side. The town of Side is only approx. 500 m away and can be reached on foot along a small beach promenade. There are also shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The complex, which is particularly popular with German guests, consists of 203 bungalows. Facilities include a small lobby with reception and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. Further facilities include a games room, hairdresser and mini-market (each for a fee), amphitheatre, other bars and a patisserie. The air-conditioned main restaurant is located on the beach promenade, offering a magnificent sea view from the terrace. The two à la carte restaurants (weather permitting from May 15th to October 1st, for a fee) are located in the garden area. The well-maintained hotel gardens feature a freshwater swimming pool and a children's pool with a water slide, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar and beach bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels and mattresses are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Double Room Type A

These friendly furnished wooden and stone houses have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, rental safe, a French bed or two single beds, and a terrace (Su' 25/DA Su' 26). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA). In Su' 25 bookable as Double Room Type B (limited contingent) with a minimum occupancy of 2+1 or 3+0 (DB).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from a varied buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon at the patisserie, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to 12 am. Soft drinks and beer at the beach bar during the day. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
