Location

The holiday resort is separated from the sand/gravel beach (partially with rock slabs) only by the beach promenade and is located directly opposite the ancient excavation sites of Side. The town of Side is only approx. 500 m away and can be reached on foot along a small beach promenade. There are also shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Public mini-bus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The complex, particularly popular with German guests, consists of 203 bungalows. Facilities include a small lobby with reception and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. Further facilities include a games room, hairdresser and mini-market (each for a fee), amphitheater, other bars and a patisserie. The air-conditioned main restaurant is located on the beach promenade, offering a magnificent sea view from the terrace. The two à la carte restaurants (weather permitting from May 15th to October 1st, for a fee) are located in the garden area. In the well-kept hotel garden there is a fresh water swimming pool and a children's pool with a water slide, sun terraces as well as a pool/snack bar and beach bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, bath towels and mattresses are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

These friendly furnished wooden and stone houses have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, safety deposit box for rent, a French or two single beds and a terrace (D So' 25/DA So' 26). DZ=EZ for single use (DEA). In Summer '25 bookable as Double Room Type B (limited quota) with a minimum occupancy of 2+1 or 3+0 (DB).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from a varied buffet, late risers' breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon at the patisserie, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to midnight. Soft drinks and beer at the beach bar during the day. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks and all bottled drinks, as well as all drinks after midnight.
