The resort hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, approximately 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. A free shuttle service to the beach runs several times a day. Side is approximately 7 km away and public transport is available.

The comfortable hotel offers a total of 378 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include a modern atrium-style lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (included in the lobby and rooms), elevators, stylish seating areas, a lobby bar, the main restaurant, a lobby terrace, three à la carte restaurants (Turkish, Italian, and seafood; with reservation, once per week included, available from May 15), additional bars, and a disco. There is also a heated indoor pool (open only in October) with a separate children's pool (seasonal) inside the hotel. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides (by the hour), sun terraces, and a snack bar; a further snack bar is available at the beach. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included here and at the beach.

Double room

The attractively decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), central air conditioning, safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tile or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Double room Type A

With similar features to the double rooms, featuring one double bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed (DA).

Duplex family room

The maisonette-style rooms are spread over two levels (a double bed on the lower floor and two single beds on the upper floor) and consist of two bedrooms, one shower/WC, each with an LCD satellite TV, and offer land view. The front of the upper floor can be closed off with a sliding door (DUF).

Family room

With similar features to the double rooms, these offer a second bedroom separated by a door, with a shower/WC and a TV (DF2).
