The Resort Hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, about 250 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach; a free shuttle service to the beach runs several times a day. Side can be reached after about 7 km; public transport is available.

The comfort hotel offers a total of 378 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include the modern reception hall with an atrium-style reception, Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area and rooms, elevators, chic seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant, the lobby terrace, three à la carte restaurants (Turkish, Italian, and Fish restaurant, reservation required, included once a week), other bars, and a disco. The hotel also has a heated indoor pool (open in April and October) with a separate children's pool (seasonal). The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with four water slides (hourly), sun terraces, and a snack bar; there is another snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach.

The attractively decorated rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) are available at an additional charge. Single room occupancy for a double room (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room Duplex

The duplex-style rooms on two levels (a double bed on the lower level and two single beds on the upper level) consist of two bedrooms, a shower/toilet, each with an LCD satellite TV and land view. The front of the upper level can be closed off with a sliding door (DUF).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they offer a second bedroom separated by a door, with a bathroom and a television (DF2).
