Location

The well-known, family-friendly, and modern club resort is located in the Side-Titreyengöl holiday area, directly on the lake of the same name, and is managed according to ecological criteria. The spacious sand/pebble beach has been awarded the Blue Flag and is located approx. 450 m from the hotel; a free shuttle service (1.4.-31.10. every 20 minutes) is provided. The historic center of Side is approx. 7 km away and can be easily reached by taxi or public minibus.

The holiday destination for carefree vacation days consists of a main building, two annex buildings (each with elevators), and several villas with a total of 432 accommodation units. There is a modern lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (open from 1.4.-30.9.; all restaurants offer a children's menu and open six times a week on a rotating basis; Turkish cuisine is included once per stay with reservation, remaining à-la-carte restaurants are for a service fee), and various bars (including an adults-only bar) available. Additionally, there is a game hall, several shops, a hairdresser (all for a fee), and an attractive wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the entire hotel area, in the rooms, and on the beach. The spacious garden features the amphitheater for evening events from 1.5. to 31.10., the "Kids' World" with great offerings for our little ones, and of course, the freshwater pool landscape with water slides (for children from 4 years old, hourly; children under 7 years only when accompanied by a parent), sun terrace, sunbathing lawns, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach (subject to weather). Beach gazebos are for a fee. Indoor pool (open in the winter season) with integrated children's pool, heated during the pre/post-season.

Double room

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building or in the annex and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, coffee/tea setup, satellite TV with music channel, safe, parquet flooring, and balcony (D). Single room = Double room for sole use (DE). Occupancy for 2 adults + 2 children can be booked under Double room Type A (DA). Can be booked with river view for an extra charge (SBD). Double room = Single room for sole use (ESD).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms, located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

Large double room

Otherwise featuring the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly larger and have sleeping arrangements for a third and fourth person (sofa bed or extra bed) (D2X).

Villa 1 bedroom

Located in the villa area (with tiled floors) and, with otherwise the same amenities, consist of a bedroom and a separate living/sleeping room (with two sofa beds) with a connecting door and a terrace or balcony (V12).

Villa 2 bedrooms

With otherwise the same amenities as the Villa 1 bedroom, these have an additional small separate living/sleeping room (with one sofa bed) (V22).

Family room

These approx. 45-60 m² rooms have two bedrooms with a connecting door, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea setup, central air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DF2).

Suite

These approx. 50-95m² rooms have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea setup, central air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, daytime snacks, ice cream at specific times (from 1.4.), various coffee types in the coffee area with sweets and cakes from 10 am to midnight, soup, snacks, and a limited hot buffet from 11 pm to 1 am, and a light breakfast buffet from 1 am to 7 am. Also, daytime snacks, soft drinks, and beer on the beach. Ice cream at the pool and beach at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the Lake Lounge (until 1 am). The minibar is stocked daily with water, mineral water, milk, and flavored milk. Wearing an Ultra All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
