Location

The well-known, family-friendly and modern club resort is located in the Side-Titreyengöl holiday area, directly on the lake of the same name and is managed according to ecological criteria. The extensive sand/pebble beach has been awarded the blue flag and is approximately 450 m from the hotel, with a free shuttle service (April 1st - October 31st, every 20 minutes) available. The historic center of Side is about 7 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The holiday resort for carefree holidays consists of a main building, two annex buildings (each with lifts) and several villas with a total of 432 residential units. There is a modern reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from April 1st to September 30th, all restaurants have a children's menu, open six times a week on a rotating basis; Turkish cuisine is included once per stay with reservation, other à la carte restaurants are available for a service fee), various bars (including an adults-only bar). There is also a game hall and several shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee) as well as an attractive wellness area (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel, in the rooms, and on the beach. In the spacious garden area, from May 1st to October 31st, there is the amphitheater for evening events, the "Kids World" with great activities for our little ones, and of course the freshwater pool area with water slides (for children aged 4 and up, available at certain times, children under 7 only with parental supervision), sun terrace, lawns, and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach (weather permitting). Beach pavilions are available for a fee. Indoor pool (open during the winter season) with integrated children's pool; heated in the pre- and late season.

Double Room

The pleasantly furnished rooms are located in the main building or the annex building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Single use = double room for single occupancy (DE). Occupancy for 2 adults + 2 children available in Double Room Type A (DA). With river view available for an extra charge (SBD). Double room = single room for single occupancy (ESD).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located in less favorable areas (SSZ).

Large Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly larger and offer sleeping facilities for a third and fourth person (sofa bed or extra bed) (D2X).

Villa 1 Bedroom

Located in the villa area (with tiled floors), these rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but consist of one bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area (with two sofa beds) with a connecting door and a terrace or balcony (V12).

Villa 2 Bedrooms

These villas have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas but include an additional small separate living/sleeping area (with one sofa bed) (V22).

Family Room

These rooms, approximately 45-60 sq m, feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), and a balcony or terrace (DF2).

Suite

These rooms, approximately 50-95 sq m, feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, air conditioning (centrally controlled), and a balcony or terrace (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, ice cream at certain times (from April 1st), various types of coffee in the coffee area with pastries and cakes from 10 AM to midnight, soup, snacks, and a limited hot buffet from 11 PM to 1 AM, and a light breakfast buffet from 1 AM to 7 AM. Additionally, snacks, soft drinks, and beer are available on the beach during the day. Ice cream is available at the pool and beach at designated times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the Lake Lounge (until 1 AM). The minibar is replenished daily with beer, water, soft drinks, milk, and cocoa. In the suites, an additional 2 beers and 2 crunchy snacks are provided. Wearing an All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
