The resort hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, about 100 m from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach; a free shuttle service to the beach runs several times a day. Side can be reached after about 7 km; public transport is available.

The resort hotel has a total of 455 rooms on eight floors with elevators. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Furthermore, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, several bars, a patisserie, a satellite TV room, conference rooms, and a nightclub are at your disposal. Various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), and a wellness area are available. In the outdoor area, next to the amphitheater, is the spacious freshwater swimming pool (a part of the pool is heated in winter depending on weather conditions) landscape with a separate children's pool, beach/snack bar, and sun terraces. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, and coffee/tea with pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10 a.m. and midnight at the respective open bars, at the beach bar until 5 p.m. Your minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and water.
