Location

The resort hotel is located directly on the Manavgat River, about 100m from the hotel's own gravel/sand beach. A shuttle service runs free of charge to the beach several times a day. Side can be reached after about 7 km; public transport is available.

The resort hotel has a total of 455 rooms on eight floors with lifts. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. There is also a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants, various bars, a patisserie, a satellite TV room, conference rooms, and a disco. Various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), and a wellness area are available. In the outdoor area, next to the amphitheater, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool (part of the pool is heated in winter due to weather conditions) landscape with a separate children's pool, beach/snackbar, and sun terraces. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and on the beach.

The stylishly furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), rental safe, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are slightly larger and have two bedrooms (DF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks and coffee/tea with pastries during the day. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10 am and 12 am at the bars open at the time, at the beach bar until 5 pm. Your minibar will be replenished daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
