Surrounded by the evergreen pine trees of the Sorgun forest, this holiday hotel is located directly on a spacious sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes are recommended). The resort of Side is approx. 3.5 km away, and the town of Manavgat is approx. 4.5 km away. Both can be reached by taxi or public minibus.

The popular holiday complex consists of a four-story main building designed in the style of an ancient caravanserai, situated on the seaside, as well as various two- to three-story annex buildings scattered among the shade-giving pine trees (total of 486 rooms). Amenities for a carefree holiday include an entrance hall with reception, lobby bar, seating areas, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace area. Gameland, a hairdresser, and chic shops are available for an extra charge. Various à-la-carte restaurants (by reservation, for a fee), several bars, a patisserie, a conference room, as well as a wellness and spa center and an indoor pool (heated from 11.4 to 12.5) are provided. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool, a quiet pool (for guests 16 and older), another pool with three water slides (weather-dependent/hourly), and a pool/snack bar (weather-dependent). Sun loungers (without pads), parasols, and bath towels (once daily upon presentation of a towel card) are included for our guests here and at the beach with its beach bar (weather-dependent). Wi-Fi is provided free of charge in the lobby, in all rooms, at the main pool, and at the Sultan Bar.

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

These tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annex buildings in the pine forest and feature a French bed (a sofa bed is available for additional guests). They are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, kettle with tea/coffee setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Super Saver Room without balcony

Identical to the Double Room Type B, but features only a small standing balcony (SOZ).

Deluxe Room

Located in the main building, these rooms offer similar but higher-quality furnishings compared to the double rooms, featuring a shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, a safe, and a minibar (DD2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM2). Double room for single use, land side (DD1).

Family Room

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type B, these feature a bathroom with shower/WC and consist of two bedrooms (one room with a French bed and the second with twin beds) separated by a connecting door (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room

With the same location and amenities as the deluxe rooms in the main building, these rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, laminate flooring, and consist of two bedrooms (one with a French bed and one with twin beds) with a connecting door, as well as a balcony and sea view (2DS).

Villa Type A

Rooms in the villa buildings offer similar amenities to the deluxe rooms, consisting of two bedrooms and a living room with two showers/WCs, individually controlled air conditioning, pool view, and balcony (VA2). Can be booked with a terrace and pool access for an extra charge (V2A). Includes the private "Begonvil" restaurant for breakfast and lunch as well as dinner in a-la-carte style (reservation required, subject to availability), orange juice at breakfast, wine, dried fruits, and small aperitifs upon arrival, beach towels at the Bougainvillea towel station, kettle with tea/coffee, minibar with soft drinks and beer, bathrobes, slippers, and an extra swimming pool and sun terrace where drinks, fruit, and ice cream are served during the day. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Villa Type B

Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea with pastries during the day, ice cream in the patisserie (hourly), and late riser breakfast buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included at the bars when open from 10:00 AM to midnight, in the disco bar until 1:00 AM, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked upon arrival with soft drinks, beer, and water and is replenished daily.
