Location

Surrounded by the evergreen pine and fir trees of the Sorgun forest, the holiday hotel is located directly on the expansive sandy/pebble beach (bathing shoes are recommended). The resort of Side is approx. 3.5 km away, and the city of Manavgat approx. 4.5 km away. Both can be reached by taxi or public minibus.

The popular holiday complex consists of a four-story main building, built in the style of an old caravanserai and facing the sea, as well as various two- to three-story outbuildings spread out under shady pine trees (total 486 rooms). Among the many amenities for carefree holidays are the reception area with reception, lobby bar, seating areas and the buffet restaurant with terrace. Gameland, hairdresser and chic shops are available at an additional charge. Several à la carte restaurants (reservation required, extra charge), various bars, a patisserie, a conference room, as well as the wellness and spa center and an indoor pool heated from April 11 to May 12. The spacious outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace and separate children's pool, a quiet pool (for guests 16 years and older), another pool with three water slides (weather-dependent/hourly) and a pool/snackbar (weather-dependent). Sun loungers (without cushions), umbrellas, and beach towels (once daily with a towel card) are included for our guests here, as well as at the beach with a beach bar (weather-dependent). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby and in all rooms, at the main pool and at the Sultan Bar.

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the outbuildings, have a French bed (sofa bed for additional persons) in the pine forest, and are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, kettle with tea/coffee setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Super Saver Room without Balcony

These rooms are identical to the Double Rooms Type B but have only a small standing balcony (SOZ).

Deluxe Room

Located in the main building, these rooms offer similar but higher quality furnishings compared to the double rooms with shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, bathrobes and slippers, safe, and minibar (DD2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM2). Double room for single use, land view (DD1).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities and location to the Double Rooms Type B, these rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC and additionally two separate bedrooms (one with a French bed and the second with twin beds) connected by a door (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room

With the same location and amenities as the deluxe rooms in the main building, these rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, laminate flooring, two bedrooms (one with a French bed and one with twin beds) connected by a door, as well as a balcony and sea view (2DS).

Villa Type A

The rooms in the villa buildings, with otherwise similar amenities to the deluxe rooms, consist of two bedrooms and a living room with two shower/WC facilities. They feature individually controlled air conditioning, pool view, and a balcony (VA2). Available at an additional charge with a terrace and direct pool access (V2A). Private restaurant "Begonvil" for breakfast and lunch, as well as à la carte dinner (reservation required, subject to availability), fresh orange juice for breakfast, wine, dried fruits, and small aperitifs upon arrival, beach towels from the Bouginvillea towel station, kettle with tea/coffee, minibar with soft drinks and beer, bathrobe, slippers, and an extra swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace offering drinks, fruit, and ice cream during the day.

Villa Type B

Also located in the villas, these rooms offer similar amenities, two bedrooms with a connecting door, a balcony, and two bathrooms with a shower, with pool view (VB2). Available at an additional charge with a terrace and direct pool access (V2B).

Villa Type C

With similar amenities to the deluxe rooms in the villa buildings, these rooms offer one room and a bathroom with either a shower and balcony (2VC). Available at an additional charge with a terrace and direct pool access (V2C).

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks available during the day, coffee/tea with pastries during the day, ice cream in the patisserie (hourly), and a late riser breakfast buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the respective open bars from 10 am to midnight, in the disco bar until 1 am, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, and water upon arrival and refilled daily.

Two artificial turf/quartz sand tennis courts during the day with own equipment and prior reservation, table tennis, fitness center, beach volleyball, archery, mini-football, darts, boccia, and aerobics.
