Location

Surrounded by the evergreen pine and fir trees of the Sorgun forest, the holiday hotel is located directly on the extensive sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes are required). The town of Side is approx. 3.5 km away, and the city of Manavgat is approx. 4.5 km away. Both can be reached by taxi or public minibus.

The popular holiday resort consists of a four-story main building built in the style of an old caravanserai facing the sea, as well as various two- to three-story outbuildings spread among shady pine trees (486 rooms in total). Among the many amenities for a carefree holiday are the lobby with reception, lobby bar, seating areas, and the buffet restaurant with a terrace. Gameland, hairdresser, and chic shops are available for a fee. Several à la carte restaurants (with reservation, for a fee), various bars, a patisserie, a conference room, as well as the wellness and spa center and an indoor pool heated from April 11th to May 12th. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool, a quiet pool (for ages 16 and over), another pool with three water slides (weather permitting/hourly), and a pool/snack bar (weather permitting). Sun loungers (without mattresses), umbrellas, and bath towels (once a day upon presentation of a towel card) are included here and at the beach with a beach bar (weather permitting). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby and in all rooms, at the main pool, and at the Sultan Bar.

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the outbuildings, have a French bed (sofa bed for additional persons) in the pine forest and are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individual), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, kettle with tea/coffee setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Super Saver Room without Balcony

Are identical to the Double Rooms Type B, but only have a small standing balcony (SOZ).

Deluxe Room

They are located in the main building, offer a similar but higher quality equipment to the double rooms with shower/WC, air conditioning (individual), as well as bathrobes and slippers, safe, minibar. (DD2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM2). Double room for single use on the land side (DD1).

Family Room

In addition to otherwise identical equipment and location to the Double Rooms Type B, they have a bathroom with shower/WC and additionally two bedrooms (one room with a French bed and the second with twin beds) with a connecting door (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room

They have the same location and equipment as the deluxe rooms in the main building, a bathroom with shower/WC, laminate flooring, consist of two bedrooms (one with a French bed and one with twin beds) with a connecting door, as well as a balcony and sea view (2DS)

Villa Type A

The rooms in the villa buildings, with otherwise similar equipment to the deluxe rooms, consist of two bedrooms and a living room with two shower/WC rooms and have individually regulated air conditioning, pool view, and balcony (VA2). Can be booked with terrace and pool access for an extra charge (V2A). Private restaurant "Begonvil" for breakfast and lunch, as well as dinner in à la carte style (reservation required, subject to availability), fresh orange juice for breakfast, wine, dried fruits, and small aperitifs upon arrival, beach towel at the Bougainvillea towel station, kettle with tea/coffee, minibar with soft drinks and beer, bathrobe, slippers, and an extra swimming pool as well as a sun terrace, with drinks, fruit, and ice cream available during the day.

Villa Type B

They are also located in the villas and, with similar equipment, offer two bedrooms with a connecting door, as well as a balcony and two bathrooms with shower, and have pool view (VB2). Can be booked with terrace and pool access for an extra charge (V2B).

Villa Type C

With similar equipment to the deluxe rooms in the villa buildings, they offer one room and one bathroom, either with a shower and balcony (2VC). Can be booked with terrace and pool access for an extra charge (V2C).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser's breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea with pastries throughout the day, ice cream in the patisserie (hourly), and late riser's breakfast buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included at the respective open bars from 10 am to midnight, at the disco bar until 1 am, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, and water upon arrival and is refilled daily.
