Location

Surrounded by the evergreen pines and fir trees of the Sorgun forest, this holiday hotel is located directly on a spacious sandy/pebble beach (water shoes are recommended). The resort of Side is approx. 3.5 km away, and the town of Manavgat is approx. 4.5 km away. Both can be reached by taxi or public minibus.

The popular holiday complex consists of a four-story main building built in the style of an ancient caravanserai facing the sea, as well as various two- to three-story annex buildings scattered among shade-giving pine trees (a total of 486 rooms). Many amenities for a carefree holiday include a lobby with reception, lobby bar, seating areas, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace area. A game room, hairdresser, and chic shops are available for an additional fee. There are various à la carte restaurants (with reservation, for a fee), several bars, a patisserie, a conference room, as well as a wellness and spa center and an indoor pool (heated from 11.4.-12.5.). In the spacious outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool (for guests aged 16 and over), another pool with three water slides (weather-dependent/hourly), and a pool/snack bar (weather-dependent). Here, as well as at the beach with a beach bar (weather-dependent), sun loungers (without cushions), umbrellas, and pool towels (once daily upon presentation of a towel card) are included for our guests. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the entire complex.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annex buildings, feature a French bed (a sofa bed is available for additional guests) in the pine forest, and are equipped with shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, kettle with tea/coffee setup, tiled or laminate floor, and a balcony (DB). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DEB).

Super Saver Room without balcony

These are identical to the double rooms, but only have a small French balcony (SOZ).

Deluxe Room

These are located in the main building and offer similar, albeit more spacious, furnishings compared to the double rooms, with shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, as well as bathrobes, slippers, a safe, and a minibar. (DD2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM2). Double room = single room for sole occupancy, land-facing (DD1).

Family Room

With otherwise identical facilities and location as the double rooms, these include a bathroom with shower/WC and are additionally composed of two bedrooms (one room with a French bed and the second with twin beds) with a connecting door and garden view (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room

These have the same location and facilities as the deluxe rooms in the main building. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, laminate flooring, consist of two bedrooms (one with a French bed and one with twin beds) with a connecting door, and include a balcony and sea view (2DS).

Villa Type A

The rooms in the villa buildings consist of two bedrooms and a living room with two showers/WC, and feature similar amenities to the deluxe rooms, including individually adjustable air conditioning, pool view, and a balcony (VA2). Available for an additional charge with a terrace and direct access to the pool (V2A). Private "Begonvil" restaurant for breakfast and lunch as well as à la carte dinner (reservation required, subject to availability), orange juice at breakfast, wine, dried fruits, and small aperitifs upon arrival, beach towel at the Bougainvilla towel station, kettle with tea/coffee, minibar with soft drinks and beer, bathrobe, slippers, and extra swimming pool as well as a sun terrace where drinks, fruit, and ice cream are available during the day. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen enforces a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Villa Type B

These are also located in the villas and offer similar amenities, two bedrooms with a connecting door, a balcony, and two bathrooms with shower, as well as a pool view (VB2). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, coffee/tea with pastries during the day, ice cream in the patisserie (hourly), as well as late riser breakfast buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included at the bars when open from 10 am to 12 am, in the disco bar until 1 am, and at the lobby bar 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, and water upon arrival and is refilled daily.
