The extensive club complex for discerning guests is surrounded by pine forests and covers an area of approximately 250,000 m², bordering directly on the long sandy beach of Sorgun. The picturesque old town of Side can be reached after about 5 km; public minibus services and taxis are available.

This holiday home for carefree vacation days offers a total of 671 rooms, distributed between the club area with several two-story club buildings, the modern hotel area spanning five floors, and the elegant superior building belonging to the main structure. A spacious lobby with reception, elevators in the hotel and superior areas, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar warmly welcomes guests. For dining, there are two main restaurants with terraces, two specialty restaurants (each included once per stay with reservation, plus various à la carte restaurants with reservation and for a fee), a snack station, and various bars, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi in many public areas and in the rooms. There is also a mini-market, various shops (each for a fee), a hairdresser, a light-flooded indoor pool with a children's pool, and a modern wellness center. In the beautifully landscaped garden with mature trees, you will find an amphitheater for evening events. The club area features a freshwater swimming pool with two waterslides (hourly) and a separate children's pool with waterslides (hourly). The hotel area also features a semi-Olympic pool (heated from March 20–April 30 and October 15–November 7), an additional pool with a whirlpool, one with five waterslides (hourly), and a pool for adults (+18 years). A separate children's pool with waterslides is heated seasonally (March 21–April 30 and October 15–November 7), in addition to sun terraces, a pool snack bar, and a fantastic swimming pier (with bar). Around the pools, on the pier, and at the beach, sun loungers, sun umbrellas/awnings, and beach towels are included. The beach at the Blue Waters Club is also distinguished with the Blue Flag. The international buffet concept applies from November 1st. From this date, all specialty and à la carte restaurants are closed. Additionally, the beach bar closes at 7 p.m. starting October 20th. The club aquapark and club pools are no longer in operation from November 1st.

Club Room

Located in the two-story club buildings, they are tastefully decorated and feature two single beds and a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, kettle and coffee/tea setup, safe, minibar, tile floor, and balcony (CD/CDE).

Club Family Room

With the same amenities as the club rooms, they offer a separate sleeping alcove with bunk beds (90x190 cm) and an interconnecting door (CF2).

Club Family Suite

These spacious suites are also located in the club area and consist of two separate bedrooms with a bathroom (one shower/WC) as well as an extra living area with a seating group. Air conditioning, kettle and coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tile floor, similar amenities as the club rooms, and balcony (F2C).

Superior Room

With the same amenities, also located in the hotel area with shower/WC (DSU/DSE). Superior rooms with side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (SMS/SIS).

Superior Family Room

With the same amenities, two separate bedrooms, and one shower/WC with an interconnecting door (F2U).

Deluxe Family Room

Located in the superior building, these are modernly equipped and offer two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub, each with a hairdryer), as well as two bedrooms with the same amenities as the hotel rooms. Air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, and a minibar are provided in both rooms (2DF).

Deluxe Family Suite

Also located in the superior building, with similar amenities to the deluxe family rooms, they offer two bathrooms, two bedrooms, an additional separate living area, two balconies, and a kettle with a tea/coffee selection (FSA).

Club Family Suite Deluxe

These suites are also located in the club area and consist of two bedrooms, two showers/WC, hairdryer, as well as an extra living area with a seating group. Air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, safe, kettle with tea/coffee selection and minibar, plus tile floor, similar amenities as the club rooms, and balcony (CFS).

Junior Suite

Located in the superior building with a land view, they consist of a bedroom and a living room, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), parquet floor, safe, telephone, LCD satellite TV, kettle with tea & coffee setup, and minibar (JS2).

Breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice, late-riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from rich buffets, ice cream during lunch and dinner, and a diet corner. Various theme nights for dinner, a separate children's buffet for lunch and dinner, various snack variations throughout the day, 24-hour patisserie, soft ice cream (at specific times), coffee and cake for lunch and dinner, pizza service to the room at specific times, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available at the respective open bars. The Akdeniz Bar is open 24 hours. The mini-fridge is refilled daily with still water.
