This holiday residence for carefree vacation days offers a total of 671 rooms, distributed across the club area with several two-story club buildings, the modern hotel area spanning five floors, and the elegant superior building belonging to the main house. A spacious lobby with reception, elevators in the hotel and superior areas, cozy seating groups, and a lobby bar warmly welcomes guests. For dining, there are two main restaurants with terraces, two specialty restaurants (each included once per stay with prior reservation, plus various à la carte restaurants with reservation and for a fee), a snack station, and various bars, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi in many public areas and in the rooms. Also available are a mini-market, various shops (each for a fee), a hairdresser, a light-flooded indoor pool with a children's area, and a modern wellness center. In the beautifully landscaped garden with mature trees, guests will find an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool in the club area with two water slides (open hourly), and a separate children's pool with water slides (open hourly). In the hotel area, there is also a semi-Olympic pool (heated from March 21–April 30 and October 15–November 30), another pool with a whirlpool, one with five water slides (open hourly), an adults-only pool (+18 years), as well as a separate children's pool also with water slides (heated seasonally), along with sun terraces, a pool snack bar, and a fantastic jetty (with a bar). Sun loungers, sunshades/awnings, and beach towels are included around the pools, on the jetty, and at the beach. The beach at the Blue Waters Club has been awarded the Blue Flag. The international buffet concept applies from November 1st. From this date onwards, all specialty and à la carte restaurants will be closed. Additionally, the beach bar will close at 7:00 PM starting October 20th. The club aquapark and club pools will no longer be in operation from November 1st.

Located in the two-story club buildings, these are tastefully decorated and offer two single beds and a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, safe, minibar, tiled floor, and balcony (CD/CDE).

Offering the same amenities as the Club Rooms, these feature a separate sleeping nook with a bunk bed (90x190 cm) and an interconnecting door (CF2).

Club Family Suite

These spacious suites are also located in the club area and consist of two separate bedrooms with a bathroom (one shower/WC) as well as an extra living area with a seating group. Air conditioning, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tiled floor, similar amenities to the Club Rooms, and a balcony (F2C).

Deluxe Family Room

Located in the superior building, these are modernly furnished and offer two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub, both with hairdryers), as well as two bedrooms with the same amenities as the hotel rooms. Air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, and minibar are provided in both rooms (2DF).

Deluxe Family Suite

Also located in the superior building, offering similar amenities to the Deluxe Family Rooms with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, an additional separate living room, two balconies, and an electric kettle with tea/coffee selection (FSA).

Club Family Suite Deluxe

These suites are also located in the club area and consist of two bedrooms, two showers/WC, hairdryer, as well as an extra living area with a seating group. Air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, safe, electric kettle with tea/coffee selection, minibar, tiled floor, similar amenities to the Club Rooms, and a balcony (CFS).

Junior Suite

Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are available at the respective open bars. The Akdeniz Bar is open 24 hours.
