The extensive club complex for discerning guests is surrounded by pine forests and extends over an area of approximately 250,000 m², directly adjoining the long sandy beach of Sorgun. The picturesque old town of Side is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday resort for carefree holidays offers a total of 671 rooms spread across the club area with several two-story club buildings, the modern hotel area on five floors, and the elegant superior building belonging to the main building. A spacious reception hall with a reception, elevators in the hotel and superior areas, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar warmly welcome guests. For culinary delights, there are two main restaurants with terraces, two specialty restaurants (each included once per stay with prior reservation and various à la carte restaurants with reservation and for a fee), the snack station, and various bars, as well as free Wi-Fi in many public areas and rooms. A mini-market, various shops (each for a fee), the hairdresser, the light-filled indoor pool with a children's pool, and the modern wellness center are also available. In the beautifully landscaped garden with old trees, you will find the amphitheater for evening entertainment, in the club area a freshwater swimming pool with two water slides (hourly), and a separate children's pool with water slides (hourly). In the hotel area, there is also a semi-Olympic pool heated from March 21st to April 30th and from October 15th to November 30th, another pool with a whirlpool and five water slides (hourly), a pool for adults (+18 years), and a separate children's pool also with water slides, which is heated seasonally, plus sun terraces, a pool bar, and the great sunbathing jetty (with bar). Sun loungers, umbrellas/sunshades, and bath towels are included around the pools, on the jetty, and on the beach. The Blue Waters Club beach also boasts a Blue Flag award. From November 1st, the international buffet concept applies. From this date, all specialty and à la carte restaurants are closed. Additionally, the Beach Bar closes at 7 PM from October 20th. The club aquapark and club pools are no longer in operation from November 1st.

Club Room

Located in the two-story club buildings, they are tastefully decorated and offer two single beds and a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, kettle and coffee/tea setup, safe, minibar, tiled floor, and balcony (CD/CDE).

Club Family Room

With the same amenities as the Club Rooms, they offer a separate sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (90x190 cm) and an interconnecting door (CF2).

Club Family Suite

These spacious suites are also located in the club area and consist of two separate bedrooms with bathrooms (one with shower/WC) and an extra living area with a seating group. Air conditioning, kettle and coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, and minibar, tiled floor, similar amenities as in the Club Rooms, and balcony (F2C).

Superior Room

With the same amenities, also located in the hotel area with shower/WC (DSU/DSE). Superior rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (SMS/SIS).

Superior Family Room

With the same amenities, two separate bedrooms and a shower/WC with an interconnecting door (F2U).

Deluxe Family Room

Located in the superior building, they are modernly equipped and offer two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub, each with hairdryer), as well as two bedrooms with the amenities of the hotel rooms. Air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, and minibar are provided in both rooms (2DF).

Deluxe Family Suite

Also located in the superior building, with similar amenities to the Deluxe Family Rooms, they offer two bathrooms, two bedrooms, an additional separate living room, and two balconies, as well as a kettle with tea/coffee assortment (FSA).

Deluxe Club Family Suite

These suites are also located in the club area and consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, hairdryer, and an extra living area with a seating group. Air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, safe, kettle with tea/coffee assortment, and minibar, plus tiled floor, similar amenities as in the Club Rooms, and balcony (CFS).

Junior Suite

Located in the superior building with garden view, they consist of a bedroom and a living room, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), parquet flooring, safe, telephone, LCD satellite TV, kettle with tea and coffee setup, and minibar (JS; from Summer 26 under JS2).

Breakfast including fresh orange juice, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, ice cream during lunch and dinner, and a diet corner, various themed evenings for dinner, a separate children's buffet for lunch and dinner, various snacks throughout the day, 24-hour patisserie, soft ice cream (at certain times), coffee and cake during lunch and dinner, pizza delivery to the room at specific times, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are available at the bars that are open. The Akdeniz bar is open 24 hours. The mini-fridge is filled daily with still water.
