The newly built resort hotel of the renowned Seaden chain has a total of 377 rooms spread across an eight-story main building. Guests are warmly welcomed from the moment they enter the spacious reception hall with reception, stylish seating areas, lobby bar, elevators, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The main restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (a visit per week is included with a stay of 7 nights or more, with reservation), a cozy patisserie, as well as various bars and a disco bar provide culinary variety. Further amenities include a game hall, conference room, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated depending on the weather from November 1 to March 31), and an inviting wellness area. In the lovingly landscaped garden area, guests can expect a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, extensive sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar during the summer months. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach. Note: The outdoor facilities are partly in operation only from June 21st. The Seaden Joyland is used jointly with the partner hotel sister hotel Seaden Seaworld and also offers a versatile water fun offer: several water slides for adults (from a body height of 120 cm), a separate children's aquapark (maximum body height 120 cm), and a spray park for the little ones with colorful animal and plant motifs.

Deluxe Double Room

The generously sized rooms (approx. 40 m²) offer a double bed and a cozy seating area. The facilities include a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tiled floor, and a balcony with direct sea view (DDM).

Double Room Swim-up

The elegant Swim-Up rooms (approx. 28 m²) have a double bed or two single beds, a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tiled floor, balcony with 2 loungers and direct access to the communal pool of this room category with pool view (SWD).

Deluxe Double Room Swim-up

For breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the varied and rich buffets. 24-hour various snacks in the patisserie, coffee, tea, and cakes in the afternoon, as well as an ice cream hour.
