This expansive holiday resort boasts a prime location directly on the beautiful sandy/pebble beach of Kizilagac. There are a few shops and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity. The lively center of Manavgat can be reached in about 10 km, and the charming historical center of Side in approx. 15 km. Public minibus connections ensure convenient access. Antalya Airport is around 70 km away, and the city of Antalya approximately 81 km.

The newly built resort hotel of the renowned Seaden chain offers a total of 377 rooms spread across an eight-story main building. Guests are warmly welcomed upon entering the spacious reception area with a reception desk, stylish seating areas, lobby bar, elevators, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (one visit per week included for stays of 7 nights or more, reservation required), a cozy patisserie, as well as various bars and a disco bar. Further amenities include a game hall, conference room, various shops, a hairdresser (all for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated seasonally from Nov 1 to Mar 31, weather permitting), and an inviting wellness area. In the lovingly landscaped garden area, guests will find a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, spacious sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar during the summer months. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge both by the pool and on the beach. The Seaden Joyland is shared with its sister hotel, the Seaden Seaworld, and offers additional diverse water fun: several water slides for adults (from a body height of 120 cm), a separate children's water park (maximum body height 120 cm), and a spray park with colorful animal and plant motifs for the little ones.

Double room for single use (DES). Rooms with pool and sea view (approx. 32 sqm) are available at an additional charge and offer a double bed and a single bed (MPD). Double room for single use (MPE).

The spacious family rooms (approx. 55 sqm) consist of two separate bedrooms with an connecting door. One room is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Rich and varied buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 24-hour snacks at the patisserie, coffee, tea, and cakes in the afternoon, plus an ice cream hour. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
