The newly built resort hotel from the renowned Seaden chain features a total of 346 rooms spread across an eight-story main building. Guests are warmly welcomed upon entering the spacious lobby with reception, stylish seating areas, lobby bar, elevators, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant with terrace, several à la carte restaurants (one visit per week included for stays of 7 nights or more, with reservation), a cozy patisserie, as well as various bars and a disco bar. Further amenities include a game hall, conference room, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with separate children's pool (heated weather-dependent from 1.11. to 31.3.), as well as an inviting wellness area. The generously sized rooms (approx. 40 m²) offer a double bed and a cozy seating area. Equipment includes walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, and a balcony with direct sea view (DDM).

Double Room Swim-up

The elegant swim-up rooms (approx. 28 m²) feature a double bed, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, balcony with 2 loungers, and direct access to the shared pool of this room category with pool view (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.

Double Room Deluxe Swim-up

The luxurious double rooms Deluxe Swim-Up (approx. 40 m²) offer a double bed as well as a seating area, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor as well as pool view, balcony with 2 loungers, and direct access to the shared pool of this category (DWU). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Family Room

The spacious family rooms (approx. 55 m²) consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Two walk-in showers/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, two LCD satellite TVs with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tile floor, and 2 balconies with partial sea view (FS2).

For breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the varied and rich buffets. Coffee, cake, and ice cream in the patisserie 10 am – 6 pm, in the afternoon coffee, tea, and pastries as well as an ice cream hour. At the respectively open bars, a large selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected import drinks are included around the clock. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
