Location

The hotel, built in 2021, is located in Kumköy, approx. 450 meters from the sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment options are available in Side, easily accessible by public transport or taxi after approx. 5 km.

Facilities

The Kirman Group hotel complex offers a total of 420 rooms spread over five floors with elevators. Among the various amenities are the elegant reception hall with a seating area and elegant lobby, a game hall. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The hotel also offers a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (reservations required, one visit to one of the two à la carte restaurants included for stays of at least 7 nights), a disco (open on certain days). Various shops. a mini-market (both for a fee), a wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate activity pool for children and a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas and beach towels are included by the pools and on the beach.
All facilities and services in the indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel are open depending on the weather, availability and at the discretion of the hotelier.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms with a French bed and a single bed offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate flooring and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES).

Double Room Superior

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are equipped with an additional sofa bed and have a land view (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMU).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds, each with a bathroom, LCD satellite TV and air conditioning (hourly, central) (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (F2M).
