Location

The hotel is located in Kumköy, approximately 450 meters from the sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment options can be found in Side, which is easily accessible via public transport or taxi, approximately 5 km away.

Facilities

The Kirman Group hotel complex offers a total of 420 rooms spread over five floors, accessible by elevators. Amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a game hall. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel grounds. Furthermore, the hotel features a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (by reservation; one visit is included when staying at least 7 nights in one of the two à la carte restaurants), and a disco (open on certain days). There are various shops, a mini-market (each for a fee), a wellness area, and an indoor pool with a separate activity pool for children and a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge for our guests at the pools and on the beach.
All facilities and services in the indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel are only open depending on weather conditions, availability, and at the discretion of the hotel management.

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms feature one French bed and one single bed, and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, by the hour), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMS). Double room = single room for sole use (DE/DES).

Superior Double Room

These rooms have similar features to the double rooms, are equipped with an additional sofa bed, and offer land view (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMU).

Family Room

With similar features to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door. One room offers a double bed, the other two single beds, each with a bathroom, LCD satellite TV, and air conditioning (centrally controlled, by the hour) (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional cost (F2M).

Premium Minibar (The premium minibar contains on the first arrival day a bottle of malt beer, a bottle of red wine 37.5 cl, imported whisky 20 cl, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, Sprite, a can of Cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate; further replenishment consists of a bottle of beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks).
