Location

The holiday resort is located in the Side holiday region, separated from the sandy beach only by the beach promenade. The historic town center of Side is approximately 4 km away. Public minibus connections can be found on the main road about 500 m away, and taxis are available directly in front of the hotel.

The chic holiday property has a total of 352 rooms spread over 8 floors (with elevators). The interior includes the lobby area with reception and cozy seating areas. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire facility. Amenities include the main buffet restaurant with two terraces, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week in each of the two à-la-carte restaurants, by reservation and subject to availability), a patisserie, various bars, and a games room, as well as the light-flooded indoor pool (open during the winter season and heated from 11/1 to 3/31). Conference rooms and various shops are available for a fee. The outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools, an integrated children's pool with a depth of 40 cm, as well as a children's water slide pool (from 4/15 to 10/15 and hourly) and sun terraces. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are included here and at the beach. Private cabanas are available for an extra charge. Guests can use the "Palomaqua" free of charge. Winter:
- Only two specialty restaurants are available.
- Pavilions cannot be used.
- Only soft animation during the day and occasional live music in the evening.
- Heated indoor pool.
- Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols on the sun terrace are available depending on weather conditions.

Accommodation

Double Room Type A

The rooms are attractively furnished and offer a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), minibar, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, tile floor, French balcony, and land view (DA). Can be booked with a balcony for an extra charge (D). Rooms with a balcony and sea view are also available for an extra charge (DM).

Double Room Type B

The rooms are attractively furnished and offer a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), minibar, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, sofa, tile floor, French balcony, and sea view (DB). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEB).

Large Double Room

With the same features as the double rooms but slightly larger, these feature sleeping accommodations for a third person (single bed) and fourth person (sofa), coffee/tea setup, walk-in shower/WC, balcony, and sea view (MX2). In summer, available with partial sea view (2SX) or with a terrace and land view (GDP) for an extra charge.

Suite

The suites feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with marble flooring and two sofa beds. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower/WC, coffee/tea setup, and a balcony with sea view (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner (from 4/15 to 10/15), as well as late-night dinner and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bar, and in the night club from 11 PM to 1 AM (open on specific days). The minibar is restocked daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Luxury Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks and meals in the Steak A-la-carte restaurant (4/15-10/15).

Sports included

Fitness room, table tennis, gymnastics, aerobics, beach volleyball (weather-dependent), billiards, boccia, and darts.

Children's program

Hourly miniclub during the day for children aged 4-12, in summer teenage club (13-16 years), and a playground.

Turkish Hamam and sauna are included; massages and treatments are available for a fee.

Hotel service

The "Palomaqua" is available free of charge for Paloma Perissia guests from 4/1 to 10/31. A shuttle is organized by the hotel twice daily (in the morning and afternoon). The aquapark is closed during lunchtime. Entrance to the aquapark and the shuttle transfer must be reserved the day before with the guest relations team.
