Location

The holiday resort is located in the Side holiday region, separated from the sandy beach only by the beach promenade. The historic center of Side is about 4 km away. Public minibus connections are available about 500m away on the main road, and taxis are available directly in front of the hotel.

The chic holiday domicile has a total of 352 rooms, spread over 8 floors (with elevators). The interior includes the reception area with a lounge and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Amenities include the main buffet restaurant with two terraces, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week in one of the two à la carte restaurants, with reservation and subject to availability), patisserie, various bars and a games room, as well as the light-flooded indoor pool (open in winter season and heated from 1.11.-31.3.). Conference rooms and various shops are available for a fee. The outdoor area features three freshwater swimming pools, an integrated children's pool with a depth of 40 cm, and a children's water slide pool (from 15.4. to 15.10. and at certain times) and sun terraces. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach. Private cabanas are available for an extra charge. Guests can use the "Palomaqua" free of charge. Winter:
- Only two specialty restaurants are available.
- Pavilions cannot be used.
- Only daytime soft animation and occasional live music in the evening.
- Indoor pool heated.
- Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas on the sun terrace are available depending on the weather.

Accommodation

Double Room Type A

The rooms are attractively furnished and offer a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), minibar, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, tiled floor, French balcony, and land view (DA). Can be booked with a balcony for an extra charge (D). Rooms with balcony and sea view are also bookable for an extra charge (DM).

Double Room Type B

The rooms are attractively furnished and offer a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), minibar, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, sofa, tiled floor, French balcony, and sea view (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Large Double Room

With the same amenities, these rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms and have sleeping facilities for a third person (single bed) and a fourth person (sofa), coffee/tea setup, a walk-in shower/WC, balcony, and sea view (MX2). In summer, bookable with pool view and terrace (D2X) for an extra charge.

Suite

The suites have a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with marble floors and two sofa beds. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower/WC, coffee/tea setup, and a balcony with sea view (S2).

All Inclusive

Luxury Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, fresh orange juice at breakfast, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream at the main restaurant during lunch and dinner (from 15.4.-15.10.) as well as late night dinner and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the open bar, and in the nightclub from 11 pm to 1 am (open on certain days). The minibar is stocked daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Luxury Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks and food at the steak à la carte restaurant (15.4-15.10).

Sports Included

Fitness room, table tennis, gymnastics, aerobics, beach volleyball (weather permitting), billiards, boccia, and darts.

Hotel Service

The "Palomaqua" is available free of charge for Paloma Perissia guests from 1.4.-31.10. A shuttle is organized twice a day (morning and afternoon) from the hotel. The water park is closed during lunchtime. Admission to the water park and the shuttle transfer must be reserved with guest relations the day before.
