The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal resort for adults.

The attractively designed holiday resort has 322 rooms. Various amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception where you will be welcomed with a welcome cocktail upon arrival and comfortable seating areas as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week with prior reservation and subject to availability), other bars, and a well-equipped spa area. The beautifully landscaped garden houses a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or annex building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). (Also bookable under AYTB44 as Standard Double Room (DS).) Double rooms with pool view bookable at a surcharge (PD). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/PDE).

Comfort room

These are double rooms with a side sea view located in the main or annex building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 p.m., DK2/from So26: DKO). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DK1).

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are located in the main or annex building on the street side (SSZ).

Double room swim up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annex building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, tiled floor, and terrace with two sun loungers and an umbrella with direct pool access (PZ2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms have a bedroom and living room, visually separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony with two sun loungers and an umbrella (S2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late risers' breakfast, snacks during the day, and coffee/tea pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
