The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side, about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal property for adults.

The attractively designed holiday resort has 322 rooms. The various amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception area where you will be welcomed with a welcome cocktail upon arrival, as well as comfortable seating and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week upon reservation and subject to availability), additional bars, and a well-equipped wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a large pool area with a freshwater swimming pool as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). (Additionally bookable under AYTB44 as Standard Double Room (DS).) Double room with pool view available for an extra charge (PD). DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with partial sea view, located in the main or annex building on higher floors, including late check-out (max. 3 PM, DK2/from Su26: DKO). DR=SR for single use (DK1).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are located in the main or annex building facing the street (SSZ).
Additionally bookable under AYTB44 as Super Saver Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, tiled flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and a parasol with direct pool access (PZ2). DR=SR for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a bedroom and a living area, visually separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two sun loungers and a parasol (S2).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner from the buffet. Late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, as well as coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
