Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approximately 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal resort for adults.

The attractively designed holiday resort features 322 rooms. Among the various amenities are the spacious lobby with a reception where you will be welcomed with a welcome cocktail upon arrival and comfortable seating areas, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one visit per week with prior reservation and subject to availability is included), other bars, and a well-equipped spa area. The beautifully landscaped garden houses a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or adjoining building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). (Also bookable as Double Room Standard (DS) under AYTB44.) Double rooms with pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD). Double room for single occupancy (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with a side sea view, located in the main or adjoining building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 PM, DK2/from Sun 26: DKO). Double room for single occupancy (DK1).

Superior Double Room

These are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are situated in the main or adjoining building on the street side (SSZ).
Also bookable under AYTB44 as Super Saver Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the adjoining building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, tiled floor, and a terrace with two loungers and an umbrella with direct pool access (PZ2). Double room for single occupancy (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms have a bedroom and living room, optically separated, with shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two loungers and an umbrella (S2).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, as well as coffee/tea pastries, ice cream hour at certain times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
