The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km away from the ancient old town of Side, about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal property for adults.

This attractively designed holiday retreat features 322 rooms. Various amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception area where you are welcomed with a cocktail upon arrival, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per week, subject to prior reservation and availability), further bars, and a well-equipped wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, pool towels, and sun umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section, which features a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

Double Room

The comfortably equipped rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). (Also bookable under AYTB44 as Double Room Standard (DS).) Double rooms with pool view are available for an extra charge (PD). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with side sea view, located in the main or annex building on higher floors, including late check-out (max. 3 PM, DK2/from Summer 26: DKO). DZ=EZ for single use (DK1).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are located in the main or annex building on the street side (SSZ).
Additionally bookable under AYTB44 as Super Saver Room (SSZ).)

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably equipped rooms are located in the annex building and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, tiled floor, and a terrace with two sun loungers and one sun umbrella with direct pool access (PZ2). DZ=EZ for single use (PZ1).

Suite

These comfortably equipped rooms feature a bedroom and a living room, visually separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two sun loungers and one sun umbrella (S2).

Extensive breakfast, varied lunch and dinner from the buffet. Late riser breakfast, snacks during the day as well as coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
