Location

The hotel is located in Side, approx. 450 m from its own beach. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the excavations of ancient Side, are about 3 km away. The holiday hotel is situated on the main road with many shopping opportunities.

Facilities

Summer:
The hotel was modernized in 2022 and has 129 non-smoking rooms, spread across a 4-story main building with an elevator and a 3-story annex building without an elevator. Amenities include a reception with seating areas, a non-smoking restaurant, a lobby bar, and a pool bar. A fitness room is available in the spa area. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the complex. Sunbeds, mattresses, and umbrellas are included by the pool; sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach.
Winter:
-Use of the outdoor pool as well as sunbeds, umbrellas, and mattresses are subject to weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotelier.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), minibar, safe, coffee/tea setup, TV, bathrobes, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, they are located in the annex building (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single use (SSE).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms have two separate bedrooms and one bathroom (DF2).
