The hotel is located in Side, approximately 450 m from its own beach. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the archaeological sites of ancient Side, are about 3 km away. The holiday hotel is situated on the main road with many shopping opportunities.

Summer:
The hotel was modernized in 2022 and has 129 non-smoking rooms spread across a 4-story main building with an elevator and a 3-story annex building without an elevator. Amenities include a reception with seating areas, a non-smoking restaurant, a lobby bar, and a pool bar. A fitness room is available in the spa area. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Sunbeds, cushions, and umbrellas are included by the pool, and sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach.
Winter:
-Use of the outdoor pool as well as sunbeds, umbrellas, and cushions are available weather permitting and at the discretion of the hotelier.

The double rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, TV, bathrobes, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

With similar features to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

With similar features to the double rooms, the family rooms have two separate bedrooms and one bathroom (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a varied buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, a small midnight buffet, and ice cream (at specific times at the pool bar). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to midnight. Water and coffee are served at the beach by the hotel during the day. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks and water upon arrival; only water is replenished. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
