This popular holiday complex with a club atmosphere is located just across the beach promenade from the long sandy beach. The picturesque resort of Side is easily reachable by public minibuses, approximately 2 km away.

The sprawling holiday resort offers a total of 340 rooms spread across several newly built buildings (with elevators, apartment buildings without elevators). Among the many amenities for a carefree holiday are a spacious reception area with a front desk, comfortable seating areas, a lobby bar, and Wi-Fi (with limited speed) included throughout the hotel premises. Furthermore, there is a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservations and availability required, from April 1st to October 31st, some for ages 9+), other bars, a patisserie, a disco (three times a week), several shops (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped garden, alongside the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there are two large swimming pools (one heated in the low season until May 15th and from October 1st to October 31st) with a separate children's pool, a small aquapark with four slides for adults and three for children (open for specific hours from June 1st to October 31st), sun terraces, and the aquapark, and a snack bar. Here and at the beach (with a beach bar for soft drinks), sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included.

The attractively decorated rooms in the main building feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually or centrally controlled air conditioning, safe, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea making facilities, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (CD). Double room for single use (CDE).

Double Room (Summer 2025)

The room is approximately 25 sqm and is equipped with a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. The balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort (D/DE).

Large Double Room

The modern rooms are located in the old building and are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, offering a shower/WC, sofa bed, LCD satellite TV, and laminate and/or ceramic flooring with otherwise identical amenities (D2X).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2025)

The Superior Double Room is 32 sqm and features a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar refilled every two days. A balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV contribute to the guests' comfort (DSU/DSE).

Apartments (Summer 2025)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a bath/WC or shower/WC (A22).

Superior Double Room Swim up (Summer 2025)

The Superior Swim-Up room is between 25 and 32 sqm and is equipped with a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, safe, and a minibar refilled every two days. A balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort. The terrace offers direct access to the communal pool (DWP).

Deluxe Double Room (Summer 2025)

The Deluxe Double Room is approximately 42 sqm and features a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled every two days, and the balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV ensure additional comfort (DD2).

Family Apartments (Summer 2026)

The rooms are approximately 40-45 sqm and, with the same amenities and location as the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled daily, and the balcony, kettle with coffee/tea setup, air conditioning, and LCD TV are provided (APF).

Super Saver Room (Summer 2026)

These rooms are located in the older building sections and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), safe, and the minibar is refilled daily, kettle with coffee/tea making facilities, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (SSZ).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, including a children's buffet in the evening, late riser breakfast, pastries in the afternoon, various snacks during the day, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. Optionally, you can dine once per stay in one of the various à la carte restaurants with prior reservation. The minibar is stocked every other day with still water, soda, soft drinks, and beer.
