Location

The well-known holiday resort with a club atmosphere is located just across the beach promenade from the long sandy beach. The picturesque resort of Side can be easily reached by public minibuses in about 2 km.

The spacious holiday complex offers a total of 340 rooms spread across several newly built buildings (with elevator, apartment buildings without elevator). Among the many amenities for carefree holidays are a spacious reception area with a reception desk, comfortable seating areas, lobby bar, Wi-Fi (at limited speed) is included throughout the hotel. Furthermore, a main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (with reservation and availability from April 1st - October 31st, some for ages 9 and up), other bars, a patisserie, disco (three times a week), several shops (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped garden, besides the amphitheater for evening events, there are also two large swimming pools (one heated in the early season until May 15th and Oct 1st - Oct 31st) with a separate children's pool, a small water park with four water slides for adults and three for children (open at certain hours from June 1st to October 31st), sun terraces and the water park, snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach (with beach bar for soft drinks).

Double/Club Room (Summer 2025)

The attractively decorated rooms in the main building offer a bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), safe, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, tiled or laminate flooring and balcony (CD). Double room for single use (CDE).

Double Room (Summer 2025)

The room is approx. 25 sqm and is equipped with a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. The balcony with seating area, the coffee and tea set, the manually adjustable air conditioning, and the LCD TV provide additional comfort (D/DE).

Double Room Large

The modern rooms are located in the old building and are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, offering shower/WC, sofa bed, LCD satellite TV, and laminate and/or ceramic flooring with otherwise identical amenities (D2X).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2025)

The Superior Double Room is 32 sqm and features a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. A balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV contribute to the guests' comfort (DSU/DSE).

Apartments (Summer 2025)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a bath/WC or shower/WC (A22).

Superior Double Room Swim up (Summer 2025)

The Superior Swim-Up room is between 25 and 32 sqm and is equipped with a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, safe, and a minibar that is refilled every two days. A balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort. The terrace offers direct access to the communal pool (DWP).

Deluxe Double Room (Summer 2025)

The Deluxe Double Room is approx. 42 sqm and features a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled every two days, and the balcony with seating area, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and LCD TV provide additional comfort (DD2).

Family Apartments (Summer 2026)

The rooms are approx. 40-45 sqm and, with the same amenities and location as the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping area, as well as a bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled daily, and the balcony, kettle with coffee/tea setup, air conditioning, and LCD TV. (APF).

Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10 AM to 2 AM (at the disco in Melas Resort also until 2 AM) at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked every other day with still water, soda, soft drinks, and beer.

Tennis during the day on two tartan courts, rental of tennis equipment, table tennis, billiards, basketball, darts, mini golf, aerobics and water aerobics, fitness room. Squash is also offered at the sister hotel Melas Resort.
