Location

The holiday hotel is located about 200 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. A shuttle service takes you to the beach hourly. You can reach some shops in Kumköy within a few minutes' walk. Side, with its many shops and entertainment options, is about 3 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The well-known holiday domicile has a total of 343 rooms spread over six floors (elevators available) and two annex buildings (without elevator), each on the other side of the street. The various hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (open two days a week, with advance reservation and for a fee), several bars, a discotheque, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area included, a conference room, hairdresser, shops (each for a fee), indoor pool (seasonal) and a modern wellness and spa center (treatments for a fee). The well-kept outdoor area has two freshwater swimming pools, one with a water slide (hourly and weather-dependent) and sun terraces. Sun loungers, mattresses (integrated by the pool), bath towels (changed every 2 days) and sunshades are available free of charge by the pool and at the beach (with beach bar/snack bar from May 1st to October 31st, weather permitting).

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms in the main building have a shower/WC, hairdryer, a double bed or two single beds, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, safe, mini-fridge, ceramic flooring and a balcony (D). Sea view and sea-facing rooms can be booked for an extra charge (DY2/DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DY1/DEM).

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building, on the other side of the street, about 100 m from the hotel building and 100 m from the beach (SSZ). Can also be booked as a double room for single use (SSE).

Suite (AYT855)

The suites (approx. 32-35m²) have similar amenities but are larger and feature a jacuzzi in the bathroom, as well as a dressing room (S2). Also bookable with sea view (S2M).

Suite

The suites (approx. 32–35 m²) have similar amenities to the double rooms but offer more space and comfort. They are equipped with a whirlpool bath and a separate dressing room. The suites can be booked with a land view (2SM) or with a sea view for an additional charge (2SM).

Economy Room Type A (Annex Building)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are located in the annex building on the opposite side of the street, approximately 100 m from the main building and about 100 m from the beach (SSX). Also available for single use as a double room for single occupancy (ESX).

Double Room Sea View Type A

The rooms are located in the main building and offer a land view. They are approximately 18–22 m² in size and equipped with a comfortable double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, tiled floor, balcony, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, minibar (with water), free safe, satellite TV, and music streaming via TV channels. They are suitable for a maximum of three people (DA). Side sea view (DMA) or direct sea view (MDA) can be booked for an additional charge. Also available as a double room for single use (DEA/AME/MEA).

All Inclusive

Large, modern restaurant with many seats and warm lighting.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day. Mini buffet in the Panorama Restaurant from midnight to 7 am. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the hotel bar from 10 am to midnight. At the beach bar, you can get various non-alcoholic drinks and beer from 10 am to 5 pm. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory. The minibar is stocked with water upon arrival.

Not included in All Inclusive

Drinks after midnight and in the discotheque, freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks, and ice cream at the patisserie.
