Location

The holiday hotel is located approx. 200 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. A shuttle service takes you to the beach at set hours. Some shopping facilities in Kumköy can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The town of Side, with many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away and is easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The well-known holiday destination features a total of 343 rooms spread across six floors (elevators available) and two annex buildings (no elevator), each located on the other side of the street. Various hotel facilities include the spacious lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (open two days a week, with reservation and for a fee), various bars, a disco, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area included, a conference room, hairdresser, shops (each for a fee), indoor pool (seasonal), and a modern wellness and spa center (treatments for a fee). In the well-kept garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with a water slide (hourly and weather-dependent), and sun terraces. Sun loungers, cushions (integrated at the pool), beach towels (changed every 2 days), and sunshades are available free of charge at the pool and the beach (with beach/snack bar from 1.5.–31.10., weather-dependent).

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms in the main building are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, one double or two single beds, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, safe, mini-fridge, ceramic floor, and balcony (D/DI). Sea side and sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DY2/DM/DIS/DMI). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DY1/DEM).

Super saver room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building on the other side of the street, approx. 100 m from the hotel building and 100 m from the beach (SSZ). Also bookable as DZ=EZ (SSE).

Suite (AYT855)

The suites (approx. 32-35m²) are similar in equipment but larger and feature a Jacuzzi in the bathroom as well as a dressing room (S2). Also bookable with sea view (S2M).

Suite (Summer)

The suites (approx. 32–35 m²) have similar equipment to the double rooms, but offer more space and additional comfort. They are equipped with a whirlpool in the bathroom. The suites can be booked with land view (2SM) or for an extra charge with sea view (2SM).

Saver room type A (Annex building) Summer 26)

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these rooms are located in the annex building on the opposite side of the street, approx. 100 m from the main building and about 100 m from the beach (SSX). Also bookable for single occupancy as a double room for single use (ESX).

Double room type A

The rooms are located in the main building and offer land view. They are approx. 22 m² in size and equipped with a comfortable double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, tiled floor, balcony, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, minibar (stocked with water and soft drinks once upon arrival), free safe, satellite TV, and music streaming via TV channels. They are suitable for a maximum of three people (DA). Side sea view (DMA) or direct sea view (MDA) can be booked for an extra charge. Also available as a double room for single use (DEA/AME/MEA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late breakfast, and various snacks during the day. From midnight to 7 a.m. mini buffet in the Panorama restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the hotel bar from 10 a.m. to midnight. At the beach bar, you can get various non-alcoholic drinks and beer from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is filled with water and soft drinks upon arrival.

Drinks after midnight and in the disco, freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks, and ice cream in the patisserie.
