Location

This lovely holiday hotel is located in the Kumköy holiday area. A private walkway of approx. 350 m leads to the wide, gently sloping sandy beach (partially stone slabs in the sea). Our guests have a regular shuttle service to the beach. The town of Side with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 3 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The well-known resort hotel, popular with many regular guests, has a total of 197 rooms on five floors (two lifts available). The various hotel facilities include the elegant reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating and a live bar (open only during the winter season), where Wi-Fi is included. The buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation, included once per stay), various bars and the beautiful indoor pool
(open only in winter). A discotheque (open only during the winter season, drinks at a charge), shops and a hairdresser (each at a charge). In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, two water slides (seasonal), the pool/snack bar and the sun terraces, which, like the beach bar and beach restaurant (May 1 - Oct 31), are open depending on the weather and at the hotelier's discretion. Furthermore, loungers, sun umbrellas and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.

- heated indoor pool only open in winter
- only soft animation is offered
- beach bar and beach restaurant are closed
- the mini club is closed
- live bar is only in operation in winter (opening hours may vary)

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Rooms with pool view can be booked at an additional charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE, PDE). Rooms for single use can be booked at more favorable conditions and in limited numbers under (DEI). From Summer 26, in the low season with a limited number and more favorable conditions for single use with land view (DEA), as a double room with pool view (PDR) or for single use (EPI).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Large Double Room

With otherwise identical facilities, these rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms and have one double bed and two single beds. There are no windows in the area of the two single beds. (D2X). Rooms with pool view can be booked at an additional charge (GDP).

Large Double Room Type A

These are identical to the large double rooms with land view, bookable at more favorable conditions and with a limited contingent (G2A).

Family Suite

With otherwise identical facilities, these have one bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a connecting door, as well as a balcony and pool view (2FS).

Comfort Double Room

These are identical to the large double rooms with the same facilities facing the land. They have one double bed and two single beds. There are no windows in the area of the two single beds (2CD). For So25: Double room for single use (1CD).

Family Suite Type A

With otherwise identical facilities, these have one bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a connecting door, as well as a balcony and land view (ASF).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, continental late riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages at the open bars from 10 am to 11:30 pm included. The minibar is stocked once upon arrival with soft drinks and still water, the latter is replenished daily. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, drinks from 11:30 pm to 10 am, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Water polo, water aerobics, table tennis, aerobics and fitness room.
