Location

This excellent holiday hotel is located in the Kumköy holiday region. A private path of approx. 350 m leads to the wide, gently sloping sandy beach (there are some stone slabs in the sea). A regular shuttle service to the beach is available to our guests. The resort of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away and can be easily reached by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The well-known resort hotel, popular with many regular guests, has a total of 197 rooms spread over five floors (two lifts available). Various hotel facilities include the elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and a live bar (only open during the winter season), where Wi-Fi is included. The buffet restaurant, various à-la-carte restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation, one visit per stay included), various bars, and a beautiful indoor pool (only open in winter). A nightclub (only open during the winter season, drinks for a fee), shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, two water slides (open by the hour), a pool/snack bar, and sun terraces. These, as well as the beach with a bar and beach restaurant (May 1 to October 31), are each open depending on weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion. Furthermore, sun loungers, sunshades, and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.
Winter:
- no à-la-carte restaurant open
- heated indoor pool only open in winter
- only soft animation is offered
- beach bar and beach restaurant are closed
- the mini club is closed
- live bar is only in operation during winter (opening hours may vary)

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with pool view can be booked at an additional cost (PD). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE, PDE). Rooms for single occupancy at more favorable conditions and in limited numbers can be booked under (DEI/DIE). In the pre-season, a limited number are available at more favorable conditions for single occupancy with land view (DEA), as a double room with pool view (PDR), or for single occupancy (EPI/APE).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms on the land side (SSZ). DR=SR for single occupancy (SSE). Pool view can be booked for an additional charge and in limited numbers (APD/PID).

Large double room

Otherwise identical in equipment but slightly larger than the double rooms, they feature one double bed and two single beds. There are no windows in the area of the two single beds (D2X). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an additional charge (GDP).

Large double room type A

Identical to the large double rooms on the land side, bookable at more favorable conditions and with limited availability (G2A).

Family suite

Featuring otherwise identical equipment, these have a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living/sleeping room with two sofa beds, a connecting door, as well as a balcony and pool view (2FS).

Comfort double room

Identical to the large double rooms with the same equipment on the land side. They feature one double bed and two single beds. There are no windows in the area of the two single beds (2CD).

Family suite type A

Featuring otherwise identical equipment, these have a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living/sleeping room with two sofa beds, a connecting door, as well as a balcony and land view (ASF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, continental late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at the respective open bars included from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked once with soft drinks and still water; the latter is replenished daily. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Imported drinks, drinks from 11:30 PM to 10:00 AM, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included

Water polo, water aerobics, table tennis, aerobics, and fitness room.
