This popular and modern holiday destination consists of three five-story buildings (a total of 330 rooms and six elevators) as well as a "Flora" hotel section (with Superior double rooms), surrounded by spacious and well-maintained gardens. The comfortably furnished hotel offers guests an elegant lobby with a reception, a spacious lounge area with a lobby bar and cozy seating corners, a fun center, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (once per week with advance reservation, subject to availability), various bars, a bistro café, and a beautiful indoor pool (heated and usable in winter from 15.10.–15.4.) with a separate children's pool. Mini-market, hairdresser, and various shops available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature two freshwater swimming pools, one of which has a water slide (hourly, from 1.4. to 31.10.), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with a lawn for sunbathing, as well as a pool/snack bar and an open-air disco (from 1.5. to 15.10.). Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and parasols are included at both the pool and the beach. Sun canopies are available at the beach.
Winter:
- The indoor pool is open during the winter season from 15.10. to 15.4.
- Beach towels, sun loungers, and cushions are included.
- Entertainment includes a light animation program with games and competitions, occasional dance evenings, and a craft/hobby studio for children.

Identical to the double rooms on the landside, without a balcony (SOZ).

Double Room

These rooms are tastefully furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), electric kettle with coffee and tea setup, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms for single use are available at an extra charge (DE). Rooms with a sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with sea view (DEM).

Superior Room

Located in the "Flora" hotel section, these rooms are more spacious and feature otherwise identical amenities, including a shower with seating, WC, electric kettle with tea/coffee, seating area, and a balcony (DSU). Double room for single use at an extra charge (DSE). Rooms with a sea view at an extra charge (DMU). In summer 2027, also bookable as a double room for single use at an extra charge (EMU).
(Additionally bookable under AYTB73 as a Superior double room (DSU/DSE).

Superior Double Room Type B (Summer 26)

These rooms are more spacious than standard double rooms and feature a room divider screen, which provides a visual separation between the double bed and the pull-out sofa bed (90 x 185 cm). Amenities include shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, bathrobe, hairdryer, vanity mirror, minibar (water, mineral water, and fruit juices), electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSB). Occupancy: at least 2 adults, maximum 2 adults + 1 child (0–11 years).

Superior Plus Double Room

These rooms are more spacious than standard double rooms and feature a room divider screen, which provides a visual separation between the double bed and the pull-out sofa bed (90 x 185 cm). Family Room Type A

Comfortably furnished with two separate, air-conditioned (individually adjustable) rooms connected by a door, one double bed and one single bed, 1 shower/WC, vanity mirror, bathrobes, hairdryer, two TVs (LCD satellite TV with music channel), direct-dial telephone, safe, minibar, electric kettle with tea/coffee setup, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (2FA).

Family Room Type B

Features otherwise identical amenities to Family Room Type A, but includes two showers/WCs and a separate bedroom (with two individually adjustable air conditioning units and LCD satellite TV with music channel) with a connecting door (2FB).

Suite

Consists of two rooms (a living area and a bedroom with a connecting door). Shower with seating and WC, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms. The minibar is replenished daily with water, mineral water, and juices. These rooms are located in the Flora or Palme block (S2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (S2M).
