The popular and modern holiday complex consists of three five-story buildings (330 rooms in total and six elevators) and a "Flora" hotel section (with comfort rooms), all surrounded by spacious and well-maintained gardens. The comfortably furnished hotel offers guests an elegant reception hall with a reception desk, a spacious lobby with a lobby bar and cozy seating areas, a fun center, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (once a week with prior reservation, subject to availability), various bars, a bistro café, and a lovely indoor pool (heated and accessible from October 15th to April 15th in winter) with a separate children's pool. Mini-market, hairdresser, and various shops are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The beautifully landscaped garden area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with a water slide (open at certain hours from April 1st to October 31st), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with a lawn, as well as a pool/snack bar and an open-air disco (from May 1st to October 15th). Sun loungers, mattresses, beach towels, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Sunshades are available on the beach.
Winter:
- The indoor pool is open from October 15th to April 15th during winter.
- Beach towels, loungers, and mattresses are included.
- Entertainment includes a light animation program with games and competitions, occasional dance evenings, and a craft and hobby workshop for children.

Double Room

The rooms are tastefully furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), kettle with coffee and tea setup, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use and at an extra charge (DE). Sea view rooms can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with sea view (DEM).

Comfort Room (Superior Room)

Located in the "Flora" hotel section, these rooms are more spacious and, in addition to the same amenities, feature a shower with a seat and WC, a kettle with tea/coffee, a seating area, and a balcony (DSU). Double room for single use at an extra charge (DSE). Sea view rooms are available at an extra charge (DMU).

Family Room Type A

Comfortably furnished with two separate air-conditioned (individually adjustable) rooms with a connecting door, one double bed, and one single bed, 1 shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, hairdryer, two TVs (LCD satellite TV with music channel), direct dial telephone, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee setup, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (2FA).

Family Room Type B

With the same amenities as Family Room Type A, these rooms feature two showers/WCs and a separate bedroom (two individually adjustable air conditioners and LCD satellite TV with music channel) with a connecting door (2FB).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the standard double rooms facing the land side and without a balcony (SOZ).

Suite

The rooms consist of two areas (a living area and a sleeping area with a connecting door). Shower with a seat and WC, and otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms. The minibar is replenished daily with water, mineral water, and juices. These rooms are located in the Flora or Palme block (S2). Sea view available at an extra charge (S2M).

Studio

Consisting of two separate air-conditioned (individually adjustable) rooms with a connecting door. One room with a double bed and one room with a single bed, 1 shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, safe, bathrobes, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with coffee and tea selection, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (S12).

Studio Economy

With similar amenities to the Studio rooms, these are located on the ground floor in less desirable locations (ST2).

Superior Double Room Type B (Summer 26)

These rooms are more spacious than standard double rooms and feature a screen as a room divider, providing a visual separation between the double bed and the sofa bed (90 x 185 cm). The amenities include a shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, bathrobe, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, minibar (water, mineral water, and fruit juices), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSB). Occupancy: minimum 2 adults, maximum 2 adults + 1 child (0–11 years).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (ice cream included in the evening) from a rich buffet, continental late riser breakfast. During the summer season, Italian ice cream is available at the pool bar (at certain hours), as well as snacks, coffee, and cake time. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 AM to midnight. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, mineral water, and fruit juices. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
