Location

The holiday resort is located in the Side holiday region. The extensive, gently sloping sandy beach is about 250 m away and easily accessible via several steps and an elevator. It is about 2 km to the historic center of Side. Public minibus connections and taxis are available directly in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The modern comfort hotel consists of a semicircular hotel building with eight floors and a total of 341 rooms, elevators available. In the reception area with reception, lobby bar and cozy seating areas. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area. Further interior amenities include the buffet restaurant with a terrace area, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation and subject to availability), patisserie, various bars, satellite TV and lounge, various shops (for a fee), two conference rooms and a disco, as well as a modern indoor pool (open in winter, can be heated). In the outdoor area, there is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool with two water slides, another children's pool, sun terraces and a pool/snack bar, as well as sunbathing lawns. Sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar.
Winter:
- In winter, there is no à la carte restaurant and no patisserie
- Soft animation is offered
- Outdoor pools, sun terraces, pool/snack bar, sunbathing lawns, beach bar, as well as sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and umbrellas are not available in winter.

Double room

The attractively furnished rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe (for a fee), coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES).

Junior Suite

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are more spacious with a visual separation and offer a French bed and two sofas facing the land side (JS2).

Family room

With similarly furnished amenities to the double rooms, they consist of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. The minibar is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
