Location

The holiday resort is located in the Side holiday region. The wide, gently sloping sandy beach is about 250 m away and easily accessible via several steps and an elevator. The historic town center of Side is about 2 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available directly in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The modern comfort hotel consists of a semi-circular building with eight floors and a total of 341 rooms; elevators are available. The reception area includes a reception, lobby bar, and comfortable seating areas. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation and subject to availability), a patisserie, various bars, a satellite TV and lounge room, several shops (for a fee), two conference rooms, and a disco, as well as a modern indoor pool (heated in winter). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool with two water slides, another children's pool, sun terraces, and pool/snack bars, as well as sunbathing lawns. Sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar.
Winter:
- In winter, there is no à la carte restaurant and no patisserie.
- Soft animation is offered.
- Outdoor pools, sun terraces, pool/snack bars, sunbathing lawns, beach bar, as well as loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and umbrellas are not available in winter.

Double Room

The attractively furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe (rental), coffee/tea making facilities, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Optionally, a side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Junior Suite

With similar furnishings, these rooms are more spacious with a visual separation and offer a French bed and two sofas facing the land side (JS2).

Family Room

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late risers' breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10 AM to midnight. The minibar is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
