Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach. The town of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly designed resort of Kumköy is very close by. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The well-maintained hotel complex, popular especially with German regular guests, with a total of 319 rooms, consists of a six-story main building and nine outbuildings (no elevator). Your hotel has a tastefully designed lobby with a reception and seating areas, an elevator in the main building, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay), and various shops for a fee. Wi-Fi is available at many points in the hotel area and in the rooms (with your own laptop) (included). In the extensive garden there are two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and a pool bar. The slide pool is located near the beach. Sun umbrellas, loungers, and mattresses are included. Bath towels for use by the pool and on the beach are provided free of charge daily. The Kumm Beach bar is included for all guests in the All Inclusive program.

Accommodation

Double room (approx. 25-28 m²)

The friendly furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (hourly), mini-fridge, coffee/tea setup, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Super Saver Room (approx. 25 m²)

Otherwise, the rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, including shower/WC, balcony, and a less desirable location in the hotel (SSZ). Can also be booked for single use (SSE).

Family Room (approx. 29 m²) (Summer 2025)

Located in the outbuilding (no elevator) with the same amenities as the double rooms (one room), slightly more spacious and with sleeping facilities for a third and fourth person (DF2).

King Suite (approx. 75 m²)

The newly renovated rooms consist of two bedrooms with a French bed and two single beds, and a living room, separated by a connecting door, with two bathrooms/WC. A Nespresso coffee machine is available. There is unlimited use of the sister hotel Miramare Beach. Free services for massage, laundry, and fast internet are also available. (KS).

Suite with Whirlpool (approx. 75 m²)

The newly renovated rooms feature a whirlpool and sauna. They consist of a bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a sofa, separated by a folding door, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is unlimited use of the sister hotel Miramare Beach. Free services for massage, laundry, and fast internet are also available. Rooms with sea view and terrace (S2J).

Suite (approx. 40 m²)

Rooms have a balcony with garden view, a bedroom and a living room, and are equipped with a French bed and 2 fold-out armchairs, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, 1 bathroom, hairdryer, iron (on request), kettle, and tea/coffee facilities (S2). All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, late riser's breakfast, snacks by the pool for several hours during the day (à la carte), coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie between 11 am and 6 pm, and midnight soup. Freshly squeezed orange juice (at breakfast), various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Minibar is replenished daily with beer, soft drinks, still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
