The vacation hotel is located directly on a long sandy beach. The resort of Side is approx. 6 km away and the newly redesigned town of Kumköy is very close by. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The well-maintained hotel complex, which is particularly popular with German regular guests, has a total of 319 rooms and consists of a six-story main building and nine annexes (no elevator). Your hotel features a tastefully designed lobby with a reception and seating areas, an elevator in the main building, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à-la-carte restaurant (included 1x per stay, reservation required), and various shops for a fee. Wi-Fi is available at many points in the hotel area and in the rooms (with your own laptop) (included). In the spacious garden, there are two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces and a pool bar. The slide pool is located near the beach. Sun umbrellas, loungers, and cushions are included. Bath towels for use at the pool and beach are provided to guests daily free of charge. The Kumm Beach Bar is included in the All Inclusive program for all guests.

Double room (approx. 25-28 m²)

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), mini-fridge, coffee/tea setup, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Lateral sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can each be booked for an additional charge. Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

With otherwise the same features as the double rooms, these include a shower/WC, balcony, and a less preferred location in the hotel (SSZ). Also bookable for sole occupancy (SSE).

They also include special privileges: 25% discount on Wellness & SPA, 15-min trial massage per adult, beach bag (per room), luggage strap (per room), chocolate platter upon arrival in the room, free choice of pillows and mattresses, free slippers and bathrobes (per adult) (DSU).

Suite with whirlpool (approx. 75 m²)

The newly renovated rooms feature a whirlpool and sauna. Consist of a bedroom with a French bed and a living room with a couch, separated by a folding partition; a Nespresso coffee machine is provided. There is an unlimited right of use for the sister hotel Miramare Beach. Free service for massage, laundry, and high-speed internet are also available. Rooms with sea view and terrace (S2J).

Rooms feature a balcony with land view as well as a bedroom and a living room, and are equipped with a French bed and 2 folding armchairs, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, 1 bathroom, hairdryer, iron (on request), kettle, and tea/coffee (S2). Rooms with sea view bookable for an additional charge (S2M).

King suite (approx. 75 m²)

The newly renovated rooms consist of two bedrooms with one French bed and two single beds as well as a living room, separated by a connecting door with two bathrooms/WC, a balcony with sea view, and are located on the 6th floor. In addition, the room features a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed internet, and a minibar (included on the day of arrival with imported alcoholic beverages, thereafter standard restocking). Unlimited use of the sister hotel Miramare Beach is included. Additionally, guests receive unlimited use of the à-la-carte restaurant (reservation required), a 30-minute trial massage, VIP fruit and wine service with chocolate and nuts. A special highlight of the room is an electric fireplace – a stylish furnishing element that creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in the room (KS).

The family rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are larger and have additional sleeping options.

These rooms have a bedroom and a living room and are equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and 2 folding armchairs, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, 1 bathroom/WC, hairdryer, iron (on request), kettle and tea/coffee, two balconies with land view (2FA).
Additional services: slippers, beach towels, pillow menu with the option to choose the right pillow, mattress menu with the option to choose the preferred mattress type.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, snacks by the pool during the day (à la carte), coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., and midnight soup. Freshly squeezed orange juice (at breakfast), various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Daily restocking of the minibar with beer, soft drinks, as well as still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
