Located directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The resort of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 4 km away and is easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The modern, comfortable hotel with a total of 270 rooms spread over four floors (elevators) features a stylish lobby with reception, lobby bar, and seating areas, a buffet restaurant with terrace, several bars, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season). Other facilities include various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability and for a fee), and a spa and wellness area (each facility/reservation/treatment for a fee). Pavilion service is available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in rooms and throughout the hotel area. The well-maintained garden features a large freshwater swimming pool (heated seasonally from summer '27) with three water slides (open by the hour), a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar, weather permitting from May).
Winter:
- Beach volleyball is not offered.
- Miniclub is closed.
- No ice cream hour.
- No entertainment.
- Heatable outdoor pools (heating is weather-dependent and at the hotel's discretion).

Accommodation

Double room

The double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated hourly as required), minibar, bathrobes (for an extra charge), tea, coffee, electric kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony with land view (D). DZ=EZ (DE). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=EZ with side sea view (DES) or sea view (DEM). For Summer '26, bookable at certain times and at more favorable conditions (DI).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same facilities and comfort as the double rooms. They are located on an intermediate level and are only accessible via a staircase leading from the first floor to the ground floor. These rooms have no view (SSZ).

Saver room Type B (Economy super saver room)

The super saver rooms have the same facilities and comfort as the double rooms. They are located on an intermediate level and are only accessible via a staircase leading from the first floor to the ground floor. These rooms are without a balcony and have no view (SZB).

Family room

Same facilities as the double rooms and located on the land side. However, they are larger and have a visually separated sleeping area (bunk bed) for the 3rd and 4th person (4th person only possible as a child). Land-view rooms have 3 steps at the entrance (DF2). Bookable for an extra charge with a separate bedroom and sea view (F2M).

Double room Superior land view

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, guests receive the following benefits: welcome drink, 50% discount on laundry service (from 10 nights' stay), 15-minute trial massage, 20% discount on wellness offers, bathrobe (DSU). EZ=DZ can be booked for single use (DSE).

Double room Superior pool & sea view

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, guests receive the following benefits:
Bathrobe for adult guests, 15-minute trial massage, 20% discount on wellness offers, faster Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area, wheelchair-accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, beach bag in the room on the arrival day, free lunch box on the departure day (PM). EZ=DZ can be booked for single use (PMS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks by the hour during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and ice cream hour. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are included at the bars that are open from 10 a.m. to midnight. The minibar is restocked daily (as needed) with soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurants.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, energy drinks, bottled drinks, and à la carte visits.
