Located directly on the broad, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The resort town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 4 km away and can be easily reached by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The modern comfort hotel with a total of 270 rooms across four floors (elevators) features a stylish lobby with reception, lobby bar and seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several bars, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season). Other facilities include various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability and for a fee), as well as a spa and wellness area (each facility/reservation/treatment for a fee). Pavilion service for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and throughout the hotel area. The well-maintained garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool with three water slides (open by the hour), a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar, weather permitting from May).
Winter:
- Beach volleyball is not offered.
- Miniclub closed.
- No ice cream hour.
- No entertainment.
- Heated outdoor pools (heating is weather-dependent and at the discretion of the hotel).

Accommodation

Double room

The double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated hourly as needed), minibar, bathrobes (for a surcharge), tea, coffee, kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). DR=SR (DE). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for a surcharge. DR=SR with side sea view (DES) or sea view (DEM). For Summer 26, can be booked at certain times and with more favorable conditions (DI).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same equipment and comfort as the double rooms. They are located on a mezzanine level and are accessible only via a staircase leading from the first floor to the ground floor. These rooms have no view (SSZ).

Saver room Type B (Economy super saver room)

The super saver rooms have the same equipment and comfort as the double rooms. They are located on a mezzanine level and are accessible only via a staircase leading from the first floor to the ground floor. These rooms are without a balcony and have no view (SZB).

Family room

Same equipment as the double rooms and located on the land side. However, they are larger and have an optically separated sleeping area (bunk bed) for the 3rd and 4th person (4th person is only possible as a child). Land view rooms have 3 steps at the entrance (DF2). Can be booked with a separate bedroom and sea view for a surcharge (F2M).

Double room Superior Land view

With otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, guests receive the following services: Welcome drink, 50% off laundry service (from 10 nights stay), 15-minute trial massage, 20% off wellness offers, bathrobe (DSU). SR=DR can be booked for single use (DSE).

Double room Superior Pool & Sea view

With otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, guests receive the following services:
Bathrobe for adult guests, 15-minute trial massage, 20% discount on wellness offers, faster Wi-Fi in the entire hotel area, wheelchair-accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, beach bag in the room on the day of arrival, free packed lunch on the day of departure (PM). SR=DR can be booked for single use (PMS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, late-riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day (hourly), afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and ice cream hour. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are included at the bars that are open from 10 a.m. to midnight. The minibar is restocked daily (as needed) with soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurants.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, energy drinks, and bottled drinks, as well as à-la-carte visits.
