Located directly on the wide, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The resort of Side with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 4 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The modern comfort hotel with a total of 270 rooms spread over four floors (elevators) features a stylish lobby with reception, lobby bar and seating areas, a buffet restaurant with terrace, several bars, and a nice indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season). Further facilities include various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), two à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and for a fee), and a spa and wellness area (each facility/reservation/treatment for a fee). Pavilion service available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden area houses the large freshwater swimming pool with three water slides (operated at certain hours), sun terrace, separate children's pool, and pool bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach bar/snackbar/weather permitting from May).
Winter:
- Beach volleyball is not offered.
- Kids' club is closed.
- No ice cream hour.
- No entertainment program.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (operated at scheduled times as needed), minibar, bathrobes (for an extra charge), tea/coffee making facilities, electric kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). Double room for single use (DE). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view available for an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with side sea view (DES) or sea view (EM).

Economy Double Room

Same amenities as double rooms, but located on an intermediate floor and only accessible by stairs (SSZ).

Family Room

Same amenities as double rooms and facing the land side. However, they are larger and have a visually separated sleeping area (bunk beds) for the 3rd and 4th person (4th person can only be a child). Land view rooms have 3 steps at the entrance (DF2). Available with a separate bedroom and sea view for an extra charge (FM2). Summer '26 (F2M).

Superior Double Room Land View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, guests receive the following services: Welcome drink, 50% discount on laundry service (for stays of 14 nights or more), 15-minute introductory massage, 15% discount on wellness treatments, fruit basket upon arrival (DSI/DSU). Summer '26 also bookable as single use double room (DSE).

Superior Double Room Pool & Sea View Summer '26

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, guests receive the following services:
Fruit basket in the room upon arrival, bathrobe for adult guests, 15-minute introductory massage, 20% discount on wellness treatments, faster Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, wheelchair accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, beach bag in the room on arrival day, complimentary packed lunch on departure day, from 7 nights stay: 50% discount on laundry service (PM). Also bookable as single use double room (PMS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, late risers' breakfast, snacks at scheduled times throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and an ice cream hour. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included at the bars in operation from 10 AM to midnight. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and beer (as needed). Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, energy drinks, and bottled beverages, as well as visits to à la carte restaurants.
