Location

The holiday residence is located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach and features its own jetty with sun loungers and umbrellas. The centre of Kumköy can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The distance to Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 3 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

The well-known holiday hotel has a total of 238 rooms spread across a five-storey main building (elevators available). Various amenities include an attractively designed lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week with reservation), additional bars, and a satellite TV and lounge area. A mini-market and a hairdresser are also available (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped gardens, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (open at scheduled hours), as well as a pool/snack bar. Here, and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach/snack bar and bathing jetty, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). Double room Type A with side sea view is bookable for 2+1 occupancy (DA). A direct sea view room can be booked for an extra charge in the summer (DM).

Slightly larger than the standard double rooms but with the same furnishings, equipped with a bunk bed for children and feature a side sea view (D2X).
