Location

The holiday resort is located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach and has its own pier with loungers and umbrellas. The center of Kumköy can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The distance to Side with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 3 km. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found on the main road.

The well-known holiday hotel has a total of 238 rooms, spread across a main building with five floors (elevators available). Among the various amenities are the attractively designed reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once a week with reservation), other bars, satellite TV and lounge. There is also a mini-market and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (hourly) as well as the pool/snackbar. Here and on the hotel's own beach section with beach/snackbar, as well as on the bathing pier, loungers, cushions, sunshades and beach towels are free of charge.

Double room

The friendly furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). As a double room type A with side sea view, occupancy of 2+1 is possible (DA). Direct sea view room can be booked for an extra charge in Summer 25 (DM).

Large double room

These rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms with otherwise identical furnishings, equipped with bunk beds for children and have a side sea view (D2X).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea, pastries and ice cream in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to midnight. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water and soft drinks once upon arrival, and a bottle of water is refilled daily. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
