Location

The holiday property is located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach and has its own private jetty with sun loungers and umbrellas. The centre of Kumköy can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The distance to Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 3 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

The well-known holiday hotel has a total of 238 rooms spread across a five-storey main building (lifts available). Diverse amenities include an attractively designed lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar; Wi-Fi is included throughout the property, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week with reservation), additional bars, and a satellite TV/lounge area. There is also a mini-market and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find the spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and two water slides (open by the hour), as well as the pool/snack bar. Here, at the hotel's private beach section with beach/snack bar, and on the bathing jetty, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are free of charge.

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms for single use (DE) are also available. Rooms with side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Double room type A with side sea view can be booked with 2+1 occupancy (DA). Direct sea view rooms are available to book for an additional charge in Summer 25 (DM).

With the same furnishings as the double rooms, these are slightly larger, equipped with a bunk bed for the children, and have a side sea view (D2X).

Extensive breakfast, varied lunch and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea in the afternoon, pastries, and ice cream. The mini-fridge is stocked once upon arrival with still water and soft drinks, and one bottle of water is replenished daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
