Location

The well-known holiday hotel is located in a prime location directly on the long, beautiful and extensive sandy beach of Kumköy. Side is approx. 4 km away and easily accessible by public minibus connections and taxis.

Facilities

This great holiday complex with a total of 207 rooms, spread across a main building, offers a reception hall with a lobby bar and shops (for a fee) in the main building, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants, newly renovated snack bar (renovated) and an indoor pool (open in winter season and heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the outdoor area, which is built on a slope, there is a beautifully designed freshwater swimming pool (heated in the pre-season and cooled in the high season from So26) with a pool bar, three water slides (hourly) and a sun terrace. Here, as well as on the beach, loungers, mattresses, beach towels and sunshades are included for our guests.

The rooms are modernly furnished (extensively renovated from So26) with shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV (UHD 4K TV from So26) with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, tea/coffee setup, safe (for a fee) and balcony (D). Side sea view bookable at a surcharge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES).

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms (extensively renovated from So26) and have a stand-up balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms (extensively renovated from So26), they have a separate living/bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, continental late riser breakfast, Turkish snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, patisserie and midnight soup. Dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants, subject to availability and prior reservation. An à la carte restaurant can also be used as an alternative lunch from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. The mini-fridge is stocked with water, beer and soft drinks upon arrival and daily with a bottle of still water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed juices, all drinks in the disco (from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.), imported drinks, bottled wine and cocktails.
