Location

The well-known holiday hotel is in a prime location directly on the long, beautiful, and expansive sandy beach of Kumköy. Side is approx. 4 km away and easily accessible by public minibus connections and taxis.

Facilities

This fantastic holiday complex with a total of 207 rooms, spread across a main building, offers a reception hall with a lobby bar and shops (for a fee), the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, a newly renovated snack bar, and an indoor pool (open in the winter season and heated depending on the season). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the outdoor area, which is designed in a terraced style, you'll find a beautifully landscaped freshwater swimming pool (heated in the pre-season and cooled in the high season from Summer 26 onwards) with a pool bar, three water slides (operates for limited hours), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and on the beach for our guests.

Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished (extensively renovated from Summer 26 onwards) with a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV (UHD 4K TV from Summer 26 onwards) with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe for rent, and a balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26 onwards) and feature a French balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26 onwards), these rooms feature a separate living/sleeping area with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, continental late riser's breakfast, Turkish snacks served throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Once a week, dine in one of the à la carte restaurants subject to availability and prior reservation. An à la carte restaurant can also be used for lunch between 12 PM and 3 PM as an alternative. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars between 10 AM and 12 AM (midnight). The mini-fridge is stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with a bottle of still water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed juices, all drinks in the disco (from 11 PM to 2 AM), imported drinks, bottled wines, and cocktails.

Fitness room and boccia, (water) aerobics and beach volleyball.

Children's program

Hourly mini club (except Sundays) for children aged 4 to 12 and a playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
