The well-known holiday resort is located directly on the wide, gently sloping, beautiful sandy beach. The lively center of Side is about 4 km away, and Manavgat is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis can be found near the hotel.

Summer:
This great mid-range hotel has a total of 254 rooms (spread across a four-story hotel building with an elevator and garden buildings) and offers a modern lobby (Wi-Fi included) with reception and seating areas, a lobby bar, a satellite TV / lounge, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants, and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). Also, several shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another aqua slide pool (open at certain hours, seasonally and weather-dependent), and the sun terrace. The beach bar is also available on the beach. A restaurant for lunch on the beach (open at certain hours). Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels (change for a fee, free from Summer 2026) are included on the beach with sunshades and by the pool with umbrellas.

Double Room

Located in the main building, these rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with herbal tea selection, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), Wi-Fi included, and a balcony (D). Sea view available at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Garden Double Room

These rooms are located in the garden, separate from the main building, and have similar amenities to the double rooms (DG). Double room for single occupancy (DEG).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location and face the land side or are in the garden area without a balcony, or sometimes equipped with a French balcony (SSZ). The room allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier.

Superior Room Sea View

These rooms are identical in terms of amenities to the standard double rooms but are slightly larger and have a sea view (DMU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as buffets, late riser's breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the different bars between 10 AM and 12 AM. Soft drinks, beer, and coffee are available at the beach bar. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is refilled daily with still water and soft drinks.
