Location

The well-known holiday domicile is located directly on the wide, gently sloping, beautiful sandy beach. It is approx. 4 km to the lively town center of Side and approx. 5 km to Manavgat. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Summer:
This great mid-range hotel has a total of 254 rooms (distributed across a four-story hotel building with an elevator and the garden buildings) and offers a modern lobby (Wi-Fi included) with reception and seating areas, a lobby bar, a satellite TV/lounge, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants, as well as a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another aqua-slide pool (open hourly, depending on season and weather), and the sun terrace. A beach bar is also available on the beach. There is a restaurant on the beach for lunch (open hourly). Sunbeds, cushions, and bath towels (change for a fee, free of charge from summer 2026) are included at the beach under sun roofs and at the pool under sun umbrellas.

Double room

Located in the main building and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle with a selection of herbal teas, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), Wi-Fi included, and a balcony (D). Sea view bookable at an extra charge (DM). DR = SR for single use (DE/DEM).

Garden double room

The rooms are located in the garden, independent of the main building, and feature similar amenities to the double rooms (DG). DR = SR for single use (DEG).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location, situated on the land side or in the garden area without a balcony or partially equipped with a French balcony (SSZ). Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier.

Superior room sea view

These are identical in amenities to the double rooms but slightly larger and have a sea view (DMU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the various bars between 10 a.m. and midnight. You can get soft drinks, beer, and coffee at the beach bar. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Daily minibar refill with bottled water and soft drinks.
