This holiday retreat is situated on a spacious sand/pebble beach. Some shopping opportunities are available in the small town of Kizilagac. The picturesque town of Side is approximately 15 km away, and the district town of Manavgat is about 10 km away. Public minibus connections are available near the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with arrival at Gazipasa Airport (GZP); the distance is 90 km.

The holiday hotel offers a total of 520 rooms spread across two building wings, each with five floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included here (available in rooms and the pool area for a fee; from Sun 27, it is included throughout the entire complex). The hotel features a main restaurant with a terrace (weather-dependent), additional bars, two à la carte restaurants (open 6 days a week from June 1st to September 30th; once per stay with reservation), a patisserie, a discotheque, conference rooms, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool and whirlpool (seasonal), as well as a wellness area. In the well-maintained garden, you will find a swimming pool landscape with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a sunbathing area. Sun loungers, cushions, beach umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach (with a beach bar); exchanges are available for a fee.

Superior Double Room (Summer 2026)

These comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, individual air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Side sea view (D2S) or direct sea view (DMU) can be booked for an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/1SD/DME). Available with more favorable conditions and in limited numbers during the low season (DAS/D3S/MSA).

Large Double Room

Same facilities as the double rooms (consisting of one room) with an additional bunk bed for children.

Family Room

Otherwise identical in facilities to the double rooms, these include an additional separate bedroom (DF2).

Swim-Up Family Room

Otherwise identical in facilities to the family rooms, these feature direct access to the shared pool (FSU).

Family Suite (AYTA70)

These family suites feature the same amenities as the family rooms, with an additional bedroom connected by a door, a bathroom, and a swim-up terrace (FSU/UF2).
Note: Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen maintains a minimum age requirement of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Economy Room

Similar in facilities to the Superior double room, but in a less preferred location with land view (SSZ). Summer 2026: Double room for single use (SSE). Summer 2026: Available with more favorable conditions and in limited numbers during the low season (SSX/ESX).

Double Room (Summer 2027)

These comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, individual air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. Double room for single use (DES). Available with more favorable conditions and in limited numbers during the low season (DA/DIS/DMI). Double room for single use with land view is also available in limited numbers at lower prices (DIE).
