Location

The holiday residence is situated on a spacious sand/pebble beach, and there are some shopping facilities available in the small village of Kizilagac. The picturesque town of Side is about 15 km away, and the district town of Manavgat is about 10 km away. Public minibus connections are available near the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 90 km.

The holiday hotel offers a total of 520 rooms distributed across two building sections, each with five floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and the lobby bar, where Wi-Fi is included (available in the rooms and pool area for a fee), a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), additional bars, two à la carte restaurants (open from June 1st to September 30th, six times per week, once per stay with reservation), a patisserie, a disco, conference rooms, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool and whirlpool (seasonal), as well as a wellness area. In the well-maintained garden, you will find a swimming pool landscape with a separate children's pool, two water slides (open by the hour), sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a lawn for sunbathing. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar; exchanges are available for a fee.

Superior Double Room

These comfortable rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Side sea view (D2S) or direct sea view (DMU) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/1SD/DME). Available with more favorable conditions in the low season and in limited numbers (DAS/D3S/MSA).

Large Double Room

Same features as the double rooms (consist of one room) with an additional bunk bed for children.

With otherwise the same features as the family rooms, these offer direct access to the communal pool (FSU).

Economy Room

Similar features to the Superior Double Rooms but in a less preferred location with land view (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SSE). Available with more favorable conditions in the low season and in limited numbers (SSX/ESX).
