The modern holiday resort is located on the kilometer-long, wide sandy/pebble beach of Manavgat/Kizilagac. The distance to the provincial capital Manavgat is approx. 13 km and to Side approx. 15 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

The spacious resort consists of a main building with 679 rooms, several lake houses with a total of 229 rooms, and an Aqua Zone building with 122 rooms. The resort's facilities include the reception area with seating, the main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (one à la carte restaurant is included with a minimum stay of 5 nights; reservation required), several bars, a Turkish café, a patisserie, and a snack stand. Conference rooms, Wi-Fi is free throughout the resort. Furthermore, various shops, a hairdresser (both at a fee) and an indoor pool with separate children's pools. In the spacious and well-kept garden area, there is the amusement park, several freshwater swimming pools, and separate children's pools. At the beach, there is a private pier, the aquapark with various slides, the pool and snack bar, as well as a sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and cushions, which are included here and on the beach.

Double Room

The rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM/DEM).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, one double bed, and two single beds (DF2). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (FM2).

Family Suite

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms with a double bed, partly laminate or carpeted floors, and additionally feature a living area with a connecting door (2FS).

Lake House Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms and located in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (ALH) or 3rd floor (LHD). DE=EZ for single occupancy (LH1/LHE).

Double Room Swim Up

With similar amenities to the standard Lake House rooms with direct access to the communal pool (SWD). DE=EZ for single occupancy (SWE).

Lake House Family Room

With similar amenities to the family rooms in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (LHF). Available as swim-up rooms at an additional cost (HLF).

Lake House Suite Swim Up

With similar amenities to the family suite rooms with laminate or ceramic flooring and direct access to the communal pool (LSF).

Aqua Double Room

The newly renovated rooms are located in the Aqua Zone and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup, and balcony (DA). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEA).

Aqua Family Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms. Partly laminate or carpeted floors and additionally feature a living area (2FA).

All Inclusive

Buffet with various cold appetizers and fresh fruit in a restaurant.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form (lunch and dinner with additional diet and children's corner), late riser breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast, for stays of at least 7 nights, one of the à la carte restaurants is included (drinks are served to the table), snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, drinks in the disco until 1 am. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further use of the à la carte restaurants. Some luxury drinks.

Sports Included
