Location

The modern resort is located on the kilometer-long, wide sandy/pebble beach of Manavgat/Kizilagac. The distance to the provincial capital Manavgat is approx. 13 km and to Side approx. 15 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

The sprawling resort consists of a main building with 679 rooms, several lake houses with a total of 229 rooms, and an Aqua Zone building with 122 rooms. The resort's facilities include the reception area with seating, main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (one à la carte restaurant is included for stays of at least 5 nights; reservation required), several bars, a Turkish café, a patisserie, and a snack stand. Conference rooms, Wi-Fi is free throughout the resort. Furthermore, there are various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the spacious and well-kept garden area, you will find the amusement park, several freshwater swimming pools, and separate children's pools. At the beach, there is a private pier, the aquapark with various slides, and pool and snack bars, as well as a sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and cushions, which are included here and on the beach.

Double room

The rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM/DEM).

Family room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, one double bed, and two single beds (DF2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FM2).

Family Suite

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms with a double bed, partly laminate or carpet flooring, and additionally feature a living area with a connecting door (2FS).

Lake House Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms and located in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (ALH) or 3rd floor (LHD). DE = Double room for single use (LH1/LHE).

Double Room Swim Up

With similar amenities to the standard Lake House rooms, with direct access to the shared pool (SWD). DE = Double room for single use (SWE).

Lake House Family Room

With similar amenities to the family rooms in the Lake House area with laminate or ceramic flooring. Optionally bookable on the 2nd floor (LHF). Can also be booked as a swim-up room at an additional charge (HLF).

Lake House Suite Swim Up

With similar amenities to the family suite rooms with laminate or ceramic flooring, and feature direct access to the shared pool (LSF).

Aqua Double Room

The newly renovated rooms are located in the Aqua Zone and are equipped with two single beds, seating area, laminate flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar with coffee/tea setup, and balcony (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).

Aqua Family Room

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms. Partly laminate or carpet flooring, and additionally feature a living area (2FA).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style (lunch and dinner include a separate diet and children's corner), late riser's breakfast, fresh orange juice at breakfast. For stays of at least 7 nights, one A la Carte restaurant is included (drinks are served at the table). Snacks, coffee/tea, and pastries available at the patisserie during the day. Drinks available in the disco until 1 AM. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the bars that are open. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further use of the A la carte restaurants. Some luxury beverages.

Sports included

Fitness center, 2 hard tennis courts (reservation required), boccia, darts, badminton, step aerobics, morning gymnastics, water aerobics, water polo, basketball, beach volleyball/volleyball, table tennis, and Pilates.
